I don’t think they care about consistency.
We see too many examples of them contradicting themselves for it to matter to them.

Not in the least do they value consistency. It may as well not even exist as a concept. What they do value is anyone or anything that can further their quest for power and control (with a heaping side of dirty money). So, a faggish prettty boy like newsome will be given a pass – for now – since he is still politically useful to the left, insofar as advancing their agenda.
Once his usefulness runs out, he’ll be sacrificed to some demon of long past indiscretion. Maybe he groped an intern’s tits. Or made a relatively benign remark that caused some silly hyper-sensitive bitch to be “uncomfortable”™️. Or maybe he didn’t do any such things, but they will simply claim he did, to effectively dispatch him to the ash heap of political whores who outlived their usefulness to the party. That’s how they roll.
Maybe there is a 300 pound blue hair dyke with a bull ring and problem glasses deep in the bowels of the womyns studies dept of some libarts university, charged with watching all known footage of pawns like gruesome newsome. She (I don’t play the pronoun game, thank you very much) is paid handsomely through laundered NGO grants to tally all offenses against the narrative, so the catalog of mortal sins can be consulted in a few years and a nice juicy scandal can be plucked from the archives and dropped on his scrawny ass, leading to his ritual humiliation. These days, I can actually believe such an operation exists.

Alternately, if men could get pregnant, I think I’d double check my birth control method before any random encounters. But that’s just me and my male privilege, taking responsibility for my actions once again.
I also check that the seat is down before I sit, and that the TP roll has enough left before I start, too. Just another example of things most women can’t be bothered with.
