A teacher’s aide doesn’t make much money. Usually just over minimum wage. This poor aide was attacked by a 17 year old student who stands 6 foot 6 and weighs 270 pounds. He beat her unconscious for taking away his video game. In this case, he is being tried as an adult for aggravated battery. If the attack hadn’t been caught on camera, this wouldn’t have happened.

There was a librarian at a local school. She was in her late 50s, a typical little old librarian lady. A girl entered the library, looking to hide from her boyfriend, who she said was threatening her. The librarian let her hide in the back room. The boyfriend came in, demanding to know where she was, saying “Imma kill dat ho.” The librarian stood in front of the door to the back room, and the BF told her to get out of the way. When the woman refused, the BF threw her out of the way, causing her to fall and break her arm. She was later chastised and told that it was her fault for getting in his way.

I was also attacked in my own classroom, you can read about it on this blog.

“The animals and pedophiles are running the place” and I would add ruining the place. As a society, we’re going into unchartered – or unchartable – waters when speaking simple truth can have significant negative repercussions, let alone complicated thoughts that don’t reduce down to a meme. There be dragons where you can get cancelled for calling Bob, Bob, and not Roberta because on Tuesdays he wears panties and mascara.

Hey, DMLMD, couldn’t you use something like Murgatroyd rather than Bob? 🙂

Never mind — wouldn’t work well with a feminine form, plus “Bob” works well for dyslexics.

It is getting to the point with increasing numbers of violent, unremorseful youth becoming adults, that I sometimes wish our court system were streamlined. Perhaps we have video & audio, or three-plus witnesses — enough of “presumed innocent” under those circumstances. So you have 30 minutes to present a defense and no more. Yes, I know this flies in the face of our traditional system and SCOTUS would kill it in a heartbeat, but times are ah changin’ and our legal system is overloaded with behaviors foreign and abhorrent to civilized society. And would I pay for more prisons to house those not-“alleged”-anymore folks? You bet. For those convicted of violent crimes, bologna sandwiches would be standard lunch fare, they would live in open bay so they could form the jungle they apparently wish to live in, and there won’t be any TV or body building equipment.

Yeah, just frustration with the system, but I’ll croak long before anyone actually DOES anything to stem the tide from the other end. There aren’t enough effective social workers to infiltrate some cultures enough to make a difference in X-number of generations.

“Victims’ rights” isn’t enough of a movement’s goal. To that add POTENTIAL victims, a.k.a. law abiding citizens. Enough of playing nice with violent offenders. Nail their asses to the wall. Quickly and efficiently.

The animals and pedophiles are running the place.
And if you are not ready at all times, the animals will run you into a hole in the ground. I might still wind up in the ground, but I will go in standing up, not kneeling to evil.

Why don’t the voters remove the bad government officials? Because the voters tolerate animals and pedophiles. Super-majority vote is a terrible way to make decisions.

It’s cute that you still think voting matters. The last two elections (’20 & ’22) should’ve been enough to convince you otherwise. Do you really think people are voting in dead people and brain-dead people (see Pennsylvania)?

As noted at the time, it came out shortly afterward that Baby Huey is mentally deficient.

While he should be locked up in an institution for violent mental patients for life, the prosecution should focus on the “professionals” that mainstreamed a violent retard into a normal high school, and thought “What could possibly go wrong?”

Those idiots should be stripped of all professional certification, and prosecuted for criminal negligence.

Coming out this punk had a previous criminal history. There’s no good reason he should have been in the general public school system at all after that conviction. Teachers aid should perhaps be finding a lawyer to go after in civil court the teachers or school administrators for letting a violent beast in the school in the first place.

Sadly, it is against the law to expel students. According to SCOTUS, every student has a Constitutional right to a “free and appropriate education at public expense.” Board of Education v. Rowley
If a student is a discipline problem, the most that can happen is that they are reassigned to a school for troublemakers for the rest of the school year, but they must be allowed back in their home school the following year.

Divemedic that’s actually horrifying. I suspect this is another case of unintended second and third order effects. Ill have to dive in to that ruling when I can carve some time out to fully read it.
