Winn Dixie, a southern grocery chain that is headquartered in Florida with stores in five southern states, is joining Publix in limiting the purchase of certain items. Items with purchase limits are:

  • Turkeys
  • Canned cranberry sauce
  • Canned pie filling
  • Jarred gravy
  • Cream cheese
  • Bacon
  • Canola and vegetable oil
  • Paper napkins
  • Disposable cups
  • Cutlery and plates
  • Toilet paper
  • Rolled sausage
  • Sports drinks
  • Refrigerated pet food
  • Canned cat food

The shortages are being blamed on a surge of post-recession spending by U.S. households flush with cash from stimulus checks, booming stock markets, and enlarged home equity along with supply chain issues. The key part of this is “flush with cash” because the government is putting too much cash into the economy: in other words, inflation.

People are taking that money and preparing for what they know is coming. Things continue to worsen.

This particular to Florida or all across Publix and W-D stores? Seeing 2-per limits in SC on some paper goods in a couple other stores (not Publix) but nothing else so far.

Publix can burn in hell as far as I am concerned.
There hasn’t been a Winn Dixie around here for years.

Guilty as charged!
The alpha strategy has never been more relevant.

Almost 40% of truckers will say to the not-a-vax and a leader of the industry says just 4% saying NO would be a disaster as they are 80,000 truckers short already.
Many states are lobbying to allow 18 year olds to become big rig drivers.
It is all by design in the controlled demolition of the former republic by the CPUSA/CCP comrade collective.
