The Iranians attacked Israel using an unprecedented number of missiles in mid April. The Israelis said that their response would be “carefully calibrated.” Local media reported that Israel would respond “clearly but decisively”. Others were saying they would respond “wisely but not from the gut”.

Now today comes news that Iran’s President, foreign minister, and some other officials were killed in a helicopter crash. Neighboring Azerbaijan is friendly with Israel.

So was this a true accident, or is the Mossad involved?

Officially no word on deaths, they claim they have had contact with a passenger and crew member. He could still be alive ir not, we don’t know yet. A helicopter going down in treed mountains is not a recipe for casualty free landing.

If it was an assassination they wont take it lightly.

I smell salmon lox, this reeks of a Mossad operation. The Iranians WILL respond.
Old Biby Nuttyyahoo better make sure his will is in order.

Late reports indicate the craft was completely burned up upon discovery, and it is now unexpected that there were any survivors. Which raises questions about the purported contact with a passenger and crew as reported earlier. Naturally, we will never get any answers to that.

Now, whether it was an accident or not, if Iran even suspects Israeli involvement, I have to figure they will use this incident as justification to start some shit. Lots of bad blood and itchy trigger fingers in the sandbox, so something like this has a way of getting out of hand even if it wasn’t the result of some provably nefarious plot. We do not appear to be in an era presently where cooler heads prevail, and it takes but one little misunderstanding to set off a conflagration.

“Which raises questions about the purported contact with a passenger and crew as reported earlier. ” Not to me.

First reports in any sort of breaking news story are virtually always wrong. It seems to be the case everywhere and every time.

Chances are the “purported contact” was either a rumor some reporter overheard, a mistaken interpretation or something like that. In the rush to be the first source to get the story, they report on anything.

The report of contact with survivors came from the officia iranian ministry of truth. Not likely media jumping the shark, more likely official sources putting out false hope.

I guess I should clarify. I know that early report details for a story like this are almost always wrong. What pisses me off as that there is never any accountability (nor even explanation offered) for wrong details being widely reported. Hell, they could just tell another lie to cover their asses, but they think so little of the public they are “reporting” to, that such details are just hand waved away as if they never happened in the first place.

And thereby, no care or discretion at all is ever undertaken in trying to improve their accuracy, since there is no consequence for repeatedly being wrong. They exist in an environment where they simply don’t have to care, so they don’t. And that is universally true of media whether here (where the narrative is obviously managed, despite many not wanting to accept that fact) or in a place like Iran where we all like to joke about how obviously the narrative is managed.

Chanted “Death to America”, died in an American made helo.

The second time I flew a helo I had a chip light and had to autorotate quickly down into a tiny hole in the forest. If they had some type of transmission problem in that weather, you would have the situation that happened, end of story. There is very little time between the chip light and and you falling out of the sky like they did, and over mountains with bad weather, you prepare to meet God.

Either Mossad or CIA, its a toss up. We will know soon, if our grid comes down it was us, If they hit Israels then was them. US has issues with Azerbaijan also due to Armenia and CIA is on a roll in Eastern Europe killing any leader who wont bow down to NGO’s and Global Homo. 3 already dead, Slovakian leader assassination attempt was number 4 but looks like he will live, was a tough old bastard so far. That leaves Hungary the next Target.
