I am not surprised AT ALL.
They Raise Mental Illness up as a Trophy to be shown off and Refuse to DEAL with it.

They have let it run Rampant, Untreated or Self-Treated (be sure to take your pills) with No Mandatory Institutionalization and Analysis of the people.
