Police in Chattanooga were upset about security guards carrying AR-15s to guard a business and got their beer license suspended for 15 days.
I i don’t know if they are after the bar owner because of guns, or if because they are trying to get rid of all of the bars.

What they’re against is safety and security and the good guys winning over the bad guys. The need for guards is supposed to be a tax; it should cost you, displace alternative approaches, and yield nothing. Effective guards is like government school actually teaching kids to think; the actual goal is the opposite of the actual goal.

Sorry but that was a dumb move by the owner as it sends a very wrong message. Why would I go to a location the management feels it needs security armed with rifles to keep it safe?
And as a shooter, why the flock you do not have a sling in that rifle? That ain’t Harry Potter’s stick to be waving around! Some sumbitch without simple knowledge of how to carry a rifle is going to keep me safe? Hell no! Hard pass.

Chattanooga has all kinds of problems… When I was in the area last summer I got through it as fast as possible!
And yes, this sure looks like police who don’t like private gun ownership…
