Abdul-Majeed Marouf Ahmed Alani, a mechanic for American Airlines, was arrested for trying to sabotage an American airlines jet shortly before it was set to take off from Miami International Airport for the Bahamas.

That was my first thought. Then the years of conditioning said something like, "don't just assume it's terrorism and it's a middle easterner". Then I went and read the story and saw it was Abdul-Majeed Marouf Ahmed Alani. "Use your feelings, Luke", as Obi-Wan said.
A son of a friend works at American in Miami, where this happened. Not about this, but the stories I get are that there's one terminal (our of 4? 5?) where the Union just screws up everything and management isn't capable of getting things done.
