Let me get this straight- the left was seriously contemplating using the military to prevent parents from addressing their local school boards?
That would piss me off to the point where I would consider this to be martial law. So let me ask this- how many troops would it take to guard every school board, every school board member, and every school board member’s family? To create a secure bubble with a radius of 300 yards, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week?
According to their Wikipedia page, the NSBA represents 90,000 local school board members and the 3,000 attorneys that advise them. So let’s say that a security detail would require 6 personnel at a time, meaning that this would require about 20 armed security personnel per member plus their families. Assuming an average of 2.5 people per school board member, the trigger pullers alone would require that the US commit something on the order of 4,500,000 troops. By the time you add in logistical and support personnel, the entire national guard and army combined would need to be deployed. Even with all of that, some school board members are gonna get smoked, if for no other reason that to prove a point.
The dumbasses on the left have no idea what they are talking about or what kind of numbers they need to do any of this stuff.

And this right here is the beauty in their never ending over-reach. When they make a stupid statement of intent such as this, where there is no way they have the resources necessary to back it up, it becomes obvious that their threats will largely end up being empty simply for lack of any realistic chance of enforcement.
This is not to say that authoritarian leftists will be harmless. Clearly, they have the intent and some level of ability to cause terrible pain and suffering. However, if worthy targets start getting their due at random, there is no way they can realistically protect all of their various and sundry functionaries. Nor do they really care to. We all know that a large percentage of useful idiots will be liquidated by their own saviors, once they have ceased to be useful, and are thus merely idiots.

No, but that won’t stop them from trying and replacements can be used if there any qualms about operating against other Americans but that is long gone as we are just consumerist shoppers at a world bazaar now with nothing in common besides chasing after dollars.
These are people who think that you can just reset systems of governance and economics like downloading an app or power a first world economy with unicorn windmills and Pegasus flatulence.
This delusion is going to come down hard and that is a feature to uniparty quislings as Western Civ must be destroyed by any means necessary.

Years ago I was divorcing my first wife. I went to pickup my kids for a long weekend which we had plans for. Wife refused to have over the kids. We argued.
I saw it was getting to loud so I took a step back and put my hands in my pockets so I wouldn’t gesture.
I was accused of assault because my wife claimed I threatened her by stepping away from her and putting my hands in my pockets.
I’m court the argument was about how she reacted to my gesture and that her reaction to my gesture proved how dangerous I was and how threatening.
The left does the same thing. They were afraid so they fenced in the capital and deployed more troops to DC than were in Afghanistan. They then used the size of their reaction to paint conservatives as violent.
It wasn’t what we did, it was the size of their reaction which determined how real the situation was. It is the difference between what happens on the rugby patch or the football field when contact is made vs the soccer flop when their opponent gets to close.
I’m painted in the light of their fears. I’m not painted in the light of reality.

They are a bunch of histrionic fuckers who can manufacture perceived reality because they’ve captured the institutional means of control (govt, education, corporations and religions) and information dissemination (media) plus a large swathe of the public consiousness, as just seen with covid hysteria.
The only way to beat them now is in reality (and with the actions that means taking), not in trying to counter their rhetoric. I’m of the opinion that a large percentage of these idiots will wither under real stress and pain, should it be delivered upon them.
After all, they are a bunch of hyper-emotional pussies who believe the garbage they do precisely because they can’t handle reality. If reality starts squarely kicking their asses, what are they going to do, turn into viking warriors? Fat chance. The quality and quantity of military and police forces under their control has declined precipitously, and will continue doing so at an ever greater rate owing to their insistence on remaking the mil forces with women and faggots, and police with retard IQ level diversity, or fat fucks who spend more time at the donut shop than the range.
Sure, they’ll lash out where they can and do some damage. But some proper pest removal operations will quickly show them to be lacking in both resolve and actual sustained capability to project force. Remenber the Afghanistan pullout. The people calling the shots are not serious or particularly capable, nor are an increasing nunber of those under their command anymore. And the residual fruits of the former greatness of USMIL has been running on fumes for a long time now, so they can’t continue riding those coattails.
Ultimately, most of these people perish in a Malthusian die off type collapse anyway, as they are completely dysgenic to maintaining a functioning soceity, and lacking in the skills needed to survive a post-first world America. The only remaining question is how much collateral damage they are allowed to do before mother nature punches their tickets. The imminent breakdown of modern civilization created through reliable production of adequate food, energy, medicine and everything else that makes their delusions possible to maintain will see to that.

And don’t forget that it would be a VERY unusual event for National Guardsmen to be armed in the US – or at least, to have ammunition for their arms.
