Here we go with having to point out the rules again, just as we have to do every few months. We discuss controversial topics here. Disagreement and debate is encouraged. Disagree with me all you like. Starting your post by claiming to be able to avoid a ban by saying?

I’m in the US using a VPN. Yo may have heard of them?

Before going on to pile on personal attacks? Your comment won’t make it out of moderation, nor will I even read most of it. Let me remind you of blog rules for posting:

I know that you can pull tricks like IP spoofing, changing your name, etc. So don’t think doing that is going to earn you “I’m so clever” points. It doesn’t make you clever, it makes you an ass.

If you don’t already know: The owner of this blog (me) has the final say on what you can and cannot post. It’s my house, I make the rules. Content here is moderated, and I will not be approving any comments that I find, in my sole judgement, to be unworthy.

Deliberately posting statements that are aimed at insulting the blog owner (me) will get your comment tossed in the trash. Feel free to disagree with me, just don’t think that i will allow you to call names or impugn anyone’s character.

I thank you for the effort it takes to make the comment threads readable. There are many other blogs that have allowed them to degenerate into unreadable chat room swill.

And your comment moderation is one of the reasons I enjoy reading your blog posts and the comments.

While this guy is being a bit of a dink, I can’t totally fault him for using a VPN. Sign of the times these days and all that.

    Divemedic · October 20, 2023 at 1:37 pm

But using it to defy bans and flaunt blog rules makes him an ass. No different than looking me in the eye while you take a dump on my living room floor.

Speaking of comments, is there any way I can subscribe to specific posts and get a notification when it has replies? Kinda like we can over at GFZ?

EN2 SS · October 20, 2023 at 5:20 pm

But, DM, there are some posters (not you, if I must say it) that desperately need their lack of character impugned. Like with a two by four. Repeatedly. With everyone else taking turns. LOL

[note from blog administrator. My comments are in [] I am responding to the commenter and allowing his latest comment with offensive insults removed]

Sorry bor. I posted the first comment using the VPN, and didn’t realize you had a ban on it. So my apologies. I didn’t do it to hide from you, or get past any “ban”

[There is no ban on VPNs. However, using a VPN to circumvent posting rules found here is frowned upon]

the fact that the medical establishment that went all-in and followed the bs that was covid procedure lost much of their credibility with many people. [Redacted]
The original comment that you pulled on the Cancer thread was not meant to insult you, but was rather a statement of fact.
[More redacted insults]
But it shows character.

    Divemedic · October 20, 2023 at 7:45 pm

Sure, tell me where this “COVID procedure” is incorrect.

      D · October 20, 2023 at 10:17 pm

To be fair, I don’t think he was talking about the procedures for dealing with breathing problems. I think he’s probably lumping you into the same category as the people who say “give Remdisivir”, and it’s debatable that it may have made things worse.

Regardless, treat it like any statement that begins with “All Jews” or “All blacks” or “All cops”….er…wait on that last one. ACAB.

        Anonymous · October 21, 2023 at 7:32 am

exactly. He knows what I am talking about when I mention procedures., but keeps diverting.

I find it interesting that edited what I posted too.

Regardless, I get the message. No criticism, just agreement. Like Ms Misfit on her blog, there is no dissent…..,only this one is for medicine…medicine. THe Medical People know everything.

I will remember that before I post a comment again. If I ever do.

          Divemedic · October 21, 2023 at 9:43 am

No. I edited out the personal attacks. You sniveling, whiny little passive aggressive bitching isn’t welcome here.

If you want to debate, go ahead. You can start by answering the question: the photo at the end of this comment is the algorithm for respiratory failure caused by confirmed or suspected COVID, the exact proscedure that we follow for COVID. What’s wrong with it? What about it is incorrect? Or do you want to just keep whining along and playing the victim card?

None of your posts will make it past moderation on this topic until you stop whining and answer the question.

I also don’t personally give a rats ass if you post here or not. This is a free blog, so I don’t lose anything if you don’t post here.

As I suspected. Incoherent rage and rambling about a topic he knows nothing about.

            Fear is a powerful tool.

Do I think there were evil people doing nefarious stuff relating to COVID? Yeah. Do I think Faucci is potentially criminally liable for his role in things? Yeah. Do I think COVID was probably an engineered virus that was accidentally or deliberately released from a lab? Yeah.

Do I think you have any involvement beyond trying to care for sick people? LMAO–no.

That guy can’t think logically. He’s just too damn scared and his IFF is broken.

There’s not much anyone can do to fix someone that broken over the internet, because anyone who tried to use logic or reason to point out the error of his ways will automatically be identified as “the enemy”.

I have no issues with how you cared for people in respiratory distress…that is not and never was the topic of discussion. .

I do fhave issues with how the Medical Establishment (and that includes folks like youself) treated the public as regards Covid. The isolation of patients, the idiotic protocols regarding taking temps with infrared at the entrance to the hospitals, the masking, the refusals of treatment unless the patient was vaxxed, etc. You and your peers stood by while that happened and said nothing, allowed it to happen and enforced those idiotic rules.

Like cops following orders that they know are wrong, you just followed those procedures and rules, knowing full well they were bullshit.

You know and I knw that I wasn’t then and am not now talking about the treatment outlined in your flowchart. Stop hiding behind that, it wasn’t what I was referring to and you know it. You are way too intelligent to think that, so you are trying to deflect my criticism of the entire medical establishment’s handling of the manufactured Covid Crisis.

    Divemedic · October 21, 2023 at 7:03 pm

1 Quarantine and isolation is a valid method of infection control. It’s been done for centuries. We keep people with Leprosy, the Flu, C-diff, and all sorts of infections away from other people. We have isolation protocols for contact, droplet, respiratory, and others. COVID didn’t start anything new. Just last week, I isolated a patient for bedbugs, of all things.

2 Taking temps at the entrance and masking were regulations set by the CDC (IOW- The Federal government) and mirrored by the department of health of each state (IOW, the governor. If you have a problem with that, take it up with your state and Federal government officials.

3 It is illegal to refuse to treat a patient in any emergency room. The law is called EMTALA. I do not personally know of any hospital that refused to treat patients. If any medical offices did, it was likely at the direction of the state DOH for that state.

4 None of what you mentioned happened at any medical facility that I had anything to do with, unless it was mandated by government officials. I personally worked on the COVID stepdown unit and held the hands of patients who died of COVID. I would come home at the end of my shift, strip in the garage, toss my clothes in the wash, then showered in the guest bathroom before coming near my family.
