Remember when ATF ruled that ice wine is only wine made from grapes that froze while still on the vine, and that wine made from grapes frozen after they were harvested were not legal to sell as ice wine? Or in 2004, when they ruled that possession of a semi auto rifle and a shoestring was constructive possession of a machine gun? Is possession of grapes and a freezer considered to be constructive possession of ice wine?

That is what the ATF (and other administrative agencies) do- they rewrite definitions to grant themselves more power. Administrative agencies have become the fourth branch of government. They make more laws and have more power than any of the other three branches.

Binary trigger? Is that like double action?
Love the Beretta decock feature and single action is faster.
At least that POS at Waco didn’t make the cut after the photos of him smiling on the smoldering carcasses got out.

A binary trigger fires the weapon when the trigger is pulled, and again when it is released.

I actually can add some color… its kinda like the issue of champagne vs sparkling wine?
I used to live in WNY, The Finger Lakes region andFrdonia and Niagara regions have very good wine industries. Due to weather anomolies, occasionally you would get an early cold snap when the grapes were still on the vine and hadn’t turned to raisins yet. Enterprising wineries figured they could freeze their grapes and call it the same. So to protect the farmers who’s grapes naturally freeze on the vine, we have federal largesse. You can bet there was a kickback and lobbying group involved. This is NY afterall.

After accepting a new job offer with a substantial, as in 50% – meaning life altering, pay raise we took a long weekend and crossed the border into Windsor, ON for a long weekend. Hit upa number of wineries and discovered ice wine from Niagara grapes. Good shit Maynard as they say.
