For those of you who saw the behavior of the cop in this story and were as outraged as I was, I just learned that the courts AGAIN have given the cops a pass. The man’s lawsuit was dismissed. He gets nothing, and the cop is free to treat others the same way.

The cops act like tyrants, and the courts rubber stamp the poor behavior. No surprises there.

There are repercussions for this.

This stuff doesn’t stop until pigs get personally targeted for retribution. When they start disappearing, or get found “aired out” in a ditch somewhere (or hanging off a bridge, Mexican cartel style), any that have a hint of self awareness and capacity for introspection will bail.

The rest will go on becoming statistics when they pull some shit like this on a guy who has had enough of the abuse from clown world, decides to fuck them up, and is patient and determined enough to plan a successful revenge.

The most greivous examples will probably find spouses and kids of a dirty cop getting targeted to drive home the message. Happens plenty in third world shit holes, and that’s where we’re going here, so they best start thinking about cartel style score settling and whether they want to be a party to that.

when they rig the game and there really is no fair application of the law? Go off the books on all the system drones. Do it solo, discreet and quietly. Leave no trace and never speek of it to anyone. Eventually even stupid ones will figure out its better not to FAFO.

Speaking of rubber stamping. Need an update on What happened with your sister at the school with the BS complaint?

Any cop will tell you there goal is to go safely home after their shift. Well, MY goal is also to get home safely. Difference is, I don’t actively try to piss off 90% of the people I come into contact with. I’ve been jacked around for incredibly stupid shit by cops before, and I’m an old white dude. What most every one of them fail to realize is that in 24 hours, address, family members, vehicles, etc can be found. And there are hundreds of “dirty tricks” that can be employed to make someones life hell. To the point where they will question why God is against them. Simple answer. Because you have been a power tripping asshole and payback is a bitch.

^ absolutely this. I haven’t even had any bad run ins with cops (just traffic stops and similar routine stuff), but have seen enough of their power tripping bullshit on video and in person (as an observer at some distance) to know I can’t trust the SOB’s not to be a risk to my safety and life. Even those less inclined to authoritarian fuckery are still a bad risk, as they provide the cover for the world class assholes in their ranks.

It’s that us versus them attitude that these pricks all carry around along with their tacticool gear that makes them not only intolerable on a personal level, but dangerous to any one not part of their little club.

The more they apply that type of pressure, the greater the likelihood we start to see clear acts of retribution taken against known shitheads. When they keep upping the pressure and leave no safe and orderly means of making good on their bad acts, there will come a point where a blow off is guaranteed.

Since the judiciary has been corrupted as the erstwhile arbiter of restitution for their worst fuckups, the discontent among the proles will keep building until it happens. And then they’ll cry foul and claim not to understand why. Guys like me who simply see the trend clearly don’t even need to do anything ourselves, action will be eventually inevitable by those who got a raw deal and can’t find justice through officially sanctioned means.

I’ll even bet it is already happening, but flying under the radar. Either by a wilful decision not to report on it (don’t want anyone getting ideas now, do they?), or by failing recognize a well planned and executed operation as a “hit”.

    To paraphrase the great SsethTzeentach:
“Don’t get mad at people that wrong you, file a death certificate in their name and let the IRS get mad for you the next time they file a tax return.”

These cops don’t understand that jacking with people means those people won’t help them in the future, whether it’s with an investigation, roadside assistance, or anything else.

Big Ruckus – it’s already happening, so far mostly people taking our garbage that the courts won’t. I assume that cops have been quietly targeted also, but the way reporters hide it I don’t know of any examples yet.
I have noticed that certain mass shootings get little to no coverage and assume this lack of coverage applies to other activities as well.

Here’s one. This is from Bardstown KY in 2013:

“Eight years after Bardstown Police Officer Jason Ellis was murdered, his killer still walks free and his friends and family are continuing forward on their quest for justice.

“Ellis was shot and killed on May 25, 2013 in an ambush while he was driving home from work. He was taking Exit 34 off the Bluegrass Parkway where he stopped to remove tree branches blocking his path. The killer is believed to have shot him from a nearby hill.”

According to the news, he was a standup guy who was targeted by who knows. However, the scuttlebutt around town says otherwise, that this was a revenge killing. I don’t know, but it sure looks like one to me.
