Alaska has announced that they will be deploying their national guard to Texas in support of the Feds and oppose the TX national guard.

The Feds requested two Lakota helicopters and up to 20 Guardsmen to be deployed, possibly in early 2025.

Alaska voluntarily sent Guardsmen to the border in support of TX in 2019.

I’m reading Kelly Turnbull/People’s Republic series, written five years ago. Kurt Schlichter can foretell the future. He is scary accurate in his fiction novels of what is happening now. If he is quoted “the sky is falling”, I’m ducking and covering without hesitation.

I read Indian Country and mostly liked it. Do any of the other ones go into more detail about how the the split happens? I’ve also seen bits pieces of current events predicted in Tom Kratman’s A State Of Disobedience. That one is free on Baen.

The way I read the article says that the governor of Alaska doesn’t have a lot of leeway in the request as it comes from fed gov. What IS telling is that there is no plan to back Texas with a STATE ordered deployment.

And in all reality this is a lot of stomping around and posturing. Until there is a realistic effort for something more than a couple mile stretch of the border, it’s all just a dick measuring contest. Real border control won’t happen, the Uniparty doesn’t want it. The population is pretty much told BOHICA. Hate your luck, sucks to be you. Now train your replacement, sucker.

C’mon, man!
False clickbait headline. And I almost deliberately remove the “n” there.

The AK NG are not being deployed to “oppose the TX national guard”, nor are liable to do so in any way, shape, or form, and it’s disingenuous to pretend otherwise.

A couple of Eurocopters and 20 pilots and ground crew – on a timeline of maybe a year from now – are a token deployment of air observation assets, always in short supply on the border, and the most important thing they’ll do is get their AK NG pilots more flight time hours on Uncle’s nickel, which experience will be returned to AK when all is said and done.

The problem is, their mission of “supporting the feds” won’t include additional resources for apprehensions (which are currently and foreseeably non-existent), but rather help in allocating federal Welcome Wagon resources to the areas where the teeming invading hordes are to be found the thickest.

The salient point is that neither the feeble feds, Abbott’s clown show, nor the token response from other states, are doing Jack nor Squat to apprehend a single illegal alien crosser, neither will they prevent nor abate same from continuing to flood northward at the speed of feet in quantities of three jumbo jet loads per day, in perpetuity.

This is all nothing but boob bait for the Bubbas, and in reality is nothing like CW2 news, but rather about as consequential as Taylor Swift’s opinions on geopolitics.

Has anyone wondered what is really going on while the Constitutional right groups are focused only on the Border Distraction Kabuki?
