And that is the sort of justice we so badly need here. Instead we get shitty, long drawn out obscenely expensive cases to litigate, conducted by shitty prosecutors who are political animals seeking higher positions above all else and aren’t nearly so concerned about justice. They do so before judges with their own agenda. Then they plea a case down to get a better shot at conviction on a lesser charge to boost their conviction rate and break their own arms patting themselves on the back for a job well done when they campaign for higher office.

Assuming they get a conviction, the perp does less time (or gets a non-capital sentence when they should’ve gotten the chair, the rope or the firong squad). Then we spend obscene amounts of money to warehouse this garbage for years on end while they run up more cost with bullshit appeals.

I see this simply: where a criminal offense is concerned, if the perp was caught in the act dead to rights (pants around his ankles style in a case like the one in the post) that is good for a summary execution. No bullshit with police, courts and judges. If the case is not so cut and dried for lack of solid, irrefutable evidence, then employ the investigatory and prosecutrial muscle of the system.

We are killing ourselves with legal process that takes too long and is corrupted at every step. Dirty cops, opporunistic or straight up biased prosecutors (George fucking Soros sycophants most notably), judges who are not interested in the law but in remaking society in their own personally preferred style, and jurors so congentially stupid they could screw up a wet dream.

We don’t need any of that for a deviant piece of shit caught playing hide the sausage with a 6 year old. And the very same legal system that would prosecute such crimes is, presently, engaged in judicial activism on behalf of damnable perverts trying to get the sexual abuse of children legalized by chipping away at long standing legislation that makes such disgusting behavior illegal. That they can do so at the bang of a gavel is itself an offense deserving of immediate execution for the judge and all parties arguing in court for the cause of eliminating such protections.
