I don’t think this should be legal. If I don’t pull over for it because it doesn’t LOOK like a cop car, I shouldn’t go to jail.

$14 billion here, $14 billion there, pretty soon you're talking real money.
This won't be the case for long. At this rate of spending, the economy is going to collapse soon enough.

It's New Orleans. Were you expecting something different? Most of Lousiana is on Gov't aid.
