Sorry, but I will NEVER take a firearms class from any instructor who claims to be a sheepdog.

I’ve never seen a sheepdog trial where the sheepdog attacks anything attacking the flock. They just herd the flock from one place to the next by the orders of the master.
The about section on the owner/trainer makes him sound like a grifter to me.

Especially a sheepdog with a “manifesto”.

Threre’s this great dog documentary starring Martin Clunes. At one point the british actor interviews a farmer commanding dogs herding sheep into a pen. He casually explains that it’s simply about leveraging the hunting instincts of the dogs they naturally follow, running through motions the same way wolves would flank and channel a flock in the wild.

The farmer casually tells Martin the highly trained dogs would readily tear the sheep apart given a chance.

Heard a story where Christian missionaries visited way up North. Gave the ‘you are a flock with the lord as your shepherd’ story. Locals said, but, the only time we herd reindeer is in order to harvest them.

Government: puts you in prison for a decade for not paying taxes.
Church: puts you in Hell forever for not paying tithes.

At least by 7/1/23 they will be out of business (if not already). FL will join the the rest of the free states that allow 2A concealed carry without a permit or training.

I will still keep my permit. It allows you to avoid the waiting period, and allows you to possess a firearm within the 1,000 foot “gun free school zone.”
