A Louisiana hospital is requiring the families of employees to be vaccinated. What next? Gun owners being required to turn in guns or be fired?

I would ask how that is legal, but we know that at this point legalities don’t matter, unfortunately.
NOLA is adding to their reputation yet again…

As if this was a totally unforeseeable development. Anyone who caves in order to avoid pain and inconvenience will soon enough find themselves dealt additional doses of pain and inconvenience. Anyone trying to avoid the hard choice is a sucker. They are also irresponsible assholes, because in capitulating they increase the power of the arrogant bastards giving these orders and are just making the situation that much worse for everyone by their compliance.

You sellouts will not be given any consideration by your evil overlords. Either you will decide to deal with them in the only effective way available at stopping their juggernaut, or they will make your lives so miserable you’ll beg for death just to escape the suffering.

Knowing how the herd reacts, I expect the culling to go on unabated for some time yet. Damned fools.

Its not just “a hospital”. Oschner’s bought up the LSU Hospital system and now…. well, their website can explain better than me — “… Ochsner’s 40 owned, managed and affiliated hospitals and specialty hospitals and more than 100 health centers and urgent care centers.” We’re talking THE largest hospital-system in Louisiana.

How many people affected?? Per their website — “Ochsner’s team of more than 32,000 employees and more than 4,500 providers are working to reinvent the future of health and wellness in the region. “
