42 years ago this was initially released. Yikes…. Still SOLID now. And poignant as hell too.

How much longer until we reach the Minority Report with the department of pre-crime. We’ll just arrest people for the crimes they haven’t committed, but believe they will. After all, “It’s science” and you don’t want to deny our AI powered science, do you? Panopticon just provides the data to train our AI dataset.

Look into Flock cameras. Then work through the logic chain…

Those Flock cameras are popping up EVERYWHERE now. Over 70 in my mostly rural county alone at last count.
Send location data to electronic frontier foundation; they’re tracking the ALPRs etc.

I have tracked all 10 that belong to a local small town. The funny thing is only 1 is inside their city limits. And two are outside their county…

Flock cameras are now popping up in my county along with some other types of cameras mainly at 4-way intersections. One Flock camera is less than a mile from my (rural) home.

Couple years ago, Guy went on a “hookup app” and used it to rob and kill 2 older men.
Now granted he was driving a distinctive vehicle (older with a couple replaced body panels) but a few articles I read, they basically used traffic cams and, I’m assuming, “ring” data to track Guy down in a couple days.
Dead guy in DaVille wasn’t far from where I live.

Psst!
Pro Tip: Remember those masks that “don’t work”??
Anybody heard of sunglasses???

Bonus: When was the last time government was competent at anything in your entire lifetime?
I’ll just wait over here…

And FTR, if you have 6″x12″ pieces of cardboard or flat metal and some Sharpies or craft paint, you can have any license plates you want in about 15 minutes.

If you have average skills and spend maybe twice as long, you can make them so good you have to grab them to tell the difference.

Purely for theatrical purposes, of course.

    Ask me how I know…

Remember, the entirety of the Panopticon depends on the Grid, both Power and Communications. In Britain and Germany, there is an increasing number of actions of Vandalism/Sabotage of ‘security’ Cameras, and there even have been Attacks on the people sent out to Repair the Damage.

Observe the Cameras in your AO, and Pay Attention to the nearby Junction Boxes that they are connected to. Those are easier to ‘Access’ and harder to Replace or Repair.

People can also buy magnesium shavings and iron oxide (rust flakes) online, among other places.
Smart folks won’t buy both at once.
But don’t ever light an empty soda can filled with a 50:50 mix of that on top of one of those junction boxes using a magnesium ribbon.
It might turn it into a lump of slag with a fire that burns at 4500° F.
Which is naughty, and will get you in big trouble.

Most of them are solar powered and connected via cellular modems these days.

The people shooting into the air on new years didn’t notice the tinted glass domes on utility poles with the cameras that were installed last summer.
Red State is always at least 30 years behind and it will be awhile before they are underground and maybe longer now that comrade commissar governor has sided with Texas.
Some people never notice anything as they wouldn’t know situational awareness from muh cellphone.
Some muh civnat unity hive comrades of the collective on the nearest street got a bus stop in their front driveway as part of our demockracy.
Be of good cheer, Potemkin fraud hopey changey smoke and mirrors won’t even last 12 years let alone 1000.
