It goes beyond simple gas lighting. I genuinely believe that most of this is just straight denial because the good guys (their side) could not do wrong. Hell most the antifa sorts really genuinely think they are anti facist. Even though they employ all the same behaviors. It should be a mild concern to say the least. I think it was a line out of a Terry Goodkind book. I’m paraphrasing here but the thought process is who would you be more afraid of, a 6’6″ 300 pound thug that probally just wants your wallet and to be done with the day or the 5’0″ woman that wrongly or mistakenly thinks, but feels with every fiber of her body, mind and soul that you have taken her baby. She’s going to stop at nothing to get her child back or destory you. Whatever is driving the Left and there is a myrad of things often but whatever it might be as a whole is that baby. It does not matter they are wrong in their thoughts for anyone that does not follow their ideology. They just know they are more right than anyone. Not to mention if there is violence or anything like that which might happen to a non leftist, well that’s just what’s deserved period.

I can concur… as an escapee from The Peoples Socialist Republic of New Yawk, these folks feel and believe with every fiber of their body, that they know right, you are ignorant, and it is their DUTY to force onto you that which they know better. For the betterment of the planet! God’s honest truth, they believe it in their heart and soul. And they will kill you over it, lament your poor ignorance, and pat themselves on the back for actually doing you a favor by killing you. Honestly, I used to live there thats what and how they think. I moved to God’s Country in EastTN to get away from it, but believe me, many up there think that way. They will subjugate you and kill you if you do not comply, and believe in their own righteousness while they are splattering your children’s blood all around.
Thats no fucking shit right there – they abort 9 month old babies for convenience to the mother! You can make another one?! Do you really think your life means anything to them? They’d off you for climate change alone….

I agree with jester, the left truly believes what they spew even when facts contradict those beliefs. They are deranged and unhinged.
A friend ended up married to a far left nut. His wife truly believes that the right is murdering women and even with all the data coming out about the vaxx and children she convinced herself the stories were a conspiracy by the right to endanger her kids… so she got them vaxxed.

Literally the root of half of our problems in this country: lies.
Blatant lies and falsehoods are allowed to stand without being corrected.
You can look at J6 and have multiple opinions about what took place, but the fact that events transpired is irrefutable. Whoopi is suggesting events did not take place.
You can’t have a discussion with people that will deny events took place. Whether they believe that to be the truth or are disingenuous, frankly is irrelevant. You cannot have a logical conversation between two parties that dispute the facts of what took place.
I’ll help for the slow kids: when we let “mostly peaceful riots” stand, we lost this fight. Never cede one inch to these people, their entire worldview is built on a bed of lies. Men can menstruate? Really?
As per Orwell, THEY ARE PERVETING THE LANGUAGE TO CONTROL YOU. As poor Winston learned, by manipulating the language it becomes impossible to even THINK outside what Big Brother wants you to think, as the words to express your thoughts and feelings are scrubbed from the language (or redefined to no longer resemble their original meaning).

Why would Ted Cruz even agree to go on the View? There is no reasonable discussion, no chance to sway voters, no opportunity to present an alternative view. Nope, the only reason to be there is to be a target for their 2 minutes of hate. I was a fan of his way back, but more and more he’s just another clown in the circus.
