A man in St Louis tried to carjack two police officers who were in a marked police vehicle. Not only that, but he had a pending trial for domestic assault and for violating an order of protection. Those two charges mean that it is against Federal law for him to have a firearm in his possession. Slam dunk, right? Not if the prosecutor refuses to press charges.

The left would have us believe that they support gun control because it will eliminate crime. They know it won’t, because they have no intention of enforcing any laws against actual criminals. No, laws today are aimed squarely at YOU. They know that law abiding citizens will do what they always do: obey the law. The criminals will do what they always do: ignore the law.

Isn’t it time for all of us to realize that our laws have nothing to do with justice?

Yup. It’s one of their ‘tells’.

Start talking about punishing — severely — actual crime and criminals, and they suddenly start heming and hawing and equivocating.

I once proposed that any crime committed using a firearm be treated as premeditated, since (by their logic) a firearm’s only purpose is to wound or kill another. My goodness, the semantic wriggling; it was a sight to see.

Same old same old. I’ve seen this going back many years. All those additional charges – felon in possession of a gun, commission of a crime with a gun, possession of a stolen gun, etc. and so forth? Any plea bargained away and swept under the table in order to get a confession to greatly reduced charges.

They’ve gotten worse recently, but yeah, it was never ever about crime control. At most, it was an extra couple wild cards in the prosecutor’s hand that he could use for intimidation tactics. But the true intent was to control the law abiding, as is the case with almost all laws.

Black prosecutor, black criminal. African law.

I would say rather that the enforcement process has nothing to do with Justice.

i’m starting to think they are allowing these shitbags out knowing they will commit more crimes and in the end, this is their plan on how to get rid of guns…because crime is so out of control even though it’s their own fault because they keep letting the shit bags out…to us normal folk with half a brain we can see it’s all bullshit but to the libtard who doesn’t think, only feels, it makes sense to them…

Just read about a case in New Orleans where a 73 year old woman was killed after getting carjacked for her 2021 automobile after being dragged behind the vehicle until her arm was dismembered.
Four “youths” with two being 15 year old girls. (H/T-CS&W)

Just got a flyer from the Florida Sheriffs’ Association asking for $$ and Honorary Membership. Returned to my local sheriff with a note that as long as the assiciation has a questionable stance on concealed carry I will not support them. I support my local folks, but not the association.
