Yesterday, Ray Epps was charged with disorderly conduct for entering a restricted area on the Capitol grounds on Jan. 6. He wasn’t arrested, nor did he see his house raided by a score of agents armed like a Marine heavy weapons platoon. Instead, they filed the charges in “anticipation of entry of a guilty plea.”

Less than 24 hours later, Epps pled guilty to the charge. The MSM is saying:

Michael Teter, an attorney representing Epps in the defamation case, said Epps’ plea agreement is “powerful evidence of the absurdity of Fox News’ and Tucker Carlson’s lies that sought to turn Ray into a scapegoat for January 6.”

This is Kabuki theater. They are charging Epps with a bullshit misdemeanor, for which he will not see a single day in jail. This is being done so they can discredit the critics of all of the J6 investigations. This story doesn’t change my mind, it actually makes me even more convinced that he is working with the Feds.

This is my shocked face… combine this with the “testimony” from Merrick Garland… and all the crap at the border. Something has to give. Most assuredly it will.

Yep, Merrick Garlands testimony was laughable. Especially the exchange between him and Massey. Massey cleaned his clock and called out this specific case. Grandmas are going to jail, folks are getting jail time for taking pictures, and this guy won’t get anything. Shameful

This is such self evident bullshit, that I am almost (well ok, not really) surprised they even bothered doing it to try and sell the narrative. FFS, why even bother insulting us with this sort of minimal effort anymore? Just let the guy walk and admit he was a plant. We all fucking know, so this little sideshow in an attempt to massage the perception was a complete waste of time.

They are not trying to insult us – they know we know the truth. This was for the majority that watches MSM news. You say “we all fucking know”, but no, just the minority of the people in the US with any brains know. George Carlin — ‘Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.’

If he is convicted , wouldn’t his personal information be public?

Smoke and morrors. He won’t see a day of jail time, any fines will be minimal (and someone else will pay them) and if he gets any community service it will be easy and minimal.

“This is being done so they can discredit the critics of all of the J6 investigations.”

Exactly…exactly.

TheLastOfTheAmericans · September 21, 2023 at 3:43 am

It’s breakdown of all trust.

Marxists dude. I know you don’t want to hear it. That is what we are looking at.

You know it. I know it.

    Divemedic · September 21, 2023 at 5:21 am

I was one of the first to say it.

“This story doesn’t change my mind, it actually makes me even more convinced that he is working with the Feds. ”

Exactly. When they have so many informants in the J6 mob that they lose track of them, and then people who weren’t even in DC get 20 years in prison, how could any thinking person reach any other conclusion? Which says it’s aimed at the non-thinking Democrat voters, so they have some answer to the allegations about Epps.
