The M-4 is a -early- variant… Non-detachable solid billet Upper Receiver w/integrated handle… (one piece, no rail system(s). Plus no ‘pinch’ in the barrel like on the M-4 for the 203… in fact I think that’s a 37mm ‘flare launcher’… Call it a late model XM-177 OR more than likely, the M-16 Carbine, also called the CAR-15 if you will… The article here has a good write-up: https://gunsmagazine.com/guns/rifles/idf-colt-carbine/ It also has what appears to be A1 rear sites, most likely a trophy rifle from an earlier run in with the IDF. Quite a few Muslim nations use M-4s or have used them, including the Palestinian Authority. Israel used to issue them.

Aside from the limp-dick pullout where Emperor Poopypants left behind billions worth of arms, there was also the ISIS clusterfuck under Renegade. Alll those arms shipped in to re-equip the Iraqis after the “ghost battalions” in Mosul etc left behind their armories for the Daeshbags to loot… that was several billion more.
Most of those weapons went to the Shia, not the Kurds, in spite of the fact that the Kurds were muuuuch more effective against ISIS. And the Kurds I was talking to at the time during the conflict said that the vehicles etc that the Iraqis DID grudgingly cough up had been stripped of armor and all sorts of other shit that they were supposed to have.
Lot of US equipment, including tanks and obviously many, many rifles were sold over the border to Iran by the Shia militias who were feeding at that trough… same fuckfaces employing the roadside bombs that killed many of our guys, the bombs the Iranians supplied.
Break ’em down into parts and they could be smuggled in with “aid” shipments… and I’m sure they got plenty of smuggling tunnels into Egypt where they could carry them and all the ammo they’d need in by the crate. That border ain’t closed to Hamas: just the civvies that Hamas needs trapped upstairs to soak up the bombs.
May they all rot in Hell getting enthusiastically ass-fucked with barbed demon dicks by seventy-two virgin Hellspawn for eternity. That includes Emperor Poopypants, Renegade (barbed pussy for him, he’d probably like the demon-D), the Daeshbags, Hamas, Iran and their pet terrorist militias… pretty much everybody I’ve named here except the Kurds.
One reason I like the Kurds is they will enthusiastically take our weapons, and happily use them on Daeshbags and dictators, or stockpile them if there are none around (Kurds like guns!)… but there’s no way in Hell they’d sell them to Islamist fundamentalists, Iran, or Syria. They’re too often on the receiving end of their fuckery to supply them with the means to fight.

To anyone that thinks Israel’s fight for survival against islam is not their war, you are so wrong, you are on a different planet. islam has since it’s spewing from the pedophile, been, continues to be and constantly tells the world that they intend to conquer or kill all unbelievers. You, me and every moral/civilized person on this planet is in the the war against the evil, Stone Age demons. Are there civilized muslimes? Yes, but as can be shown by history, the civilized ones can and do flip to their cults insanity at any time for no apparent reason. The difference between a moderate muslime and a radical? The moderate is only willing to support the radicals, right now, but that can change in a heartbeat.
