This is the case where the judge said the constitution doesn’t exist in her courtroom. The verdict should be thrown out. Not that I expect it will, but maybe if enough pressure can be applied…

I realize that some of know, or, rather, “strongly suspect,” but it would be useful to have a Very Official Document stipulating in what American jurisdictions the United States Constitution does not apply, or at least which provisions are null and void there, if for no other reason than it might be a useful travel and investment guide. .
Were such a document to exist, I wonder if SCOTUS would have any interest in addressing the issue.

The Constitution doesn’t exist in her court. That would be the same Constitution that authorizes Congress to establish courts like this one. Thus her court does not exist, nor does her authority. QED.

They are not incorrect in their belief about where actual power come from. Rules and laws are meaningless for anyone determined enough. Banning the possession of weapons has been tried many times throughout history with varying levels of success. It comes down to how brainwashed the population is as to how it will go for TPTB. If they push too hard or too fast for the confiscation, it doesn’t go well. Seems right now they are using the “boiling a frog” plan.
Anyone who is buying/using firearms is already on file somewhere. Whether buying weapons or ammo, reloading supplies or even going to a range, rest assured there is a record of it. Go shooting at your buddies place out in the country? Chance is good he/she has a “Karen” neighbor that complains to the local LEO who will often check on this noise “nuisance”. Now they, and you, are on a file which WILL be used somewhere down the line. Seems the line is getting closer every month now.

Diversity hires don’t give a fuck about the white folks laws. This is about revenge because we are the reason their race is a failure, not their own actions. The fact that they are paid by their white Globalist masters to do this is even better to them.
I can’t believe anyone even mentions the Constitution anymore, why? That document has been dead and gone and was finally torn up and burned by none other than a Republican named Bush II- “The Retarded” when he signed the Patriot Act and DHS into law.
