California is proposing a law making annual registration requiring a fee be mandatory for all firearms.

This makes any law enforcement officer enemies of liberty. I will cheer anyone who opposes them and their immediate families.

They just had the first batch of DACA lifetime (CPUSA) voter replacements go on duty as donut molesters in Kwanifornia but they won’t be allowed to carry a gun for now.
The 500 pound blob of sh1t (comrade Pritzker) that rules the glorious peoples republic of Illinois, the home of POS Ape Lincoln, will do the same.
Remember that civilian corps just as strong as the Army that bathhouse Barry spoke of?
Meet the replacements.
Si se puede!

“…a law making annual registration requiring a fee…”

Translation: Infringement

These F heads need to be dragged into the street by their lips and put in the stocks.

They know it’s unconstitutional, but they also know the case will drag on for years. That’s the problem with our system- there should Bea penalty for government officials and employees who pass, sign, or enforce unconstitutional laws

There is. But it is up to the impacted individuals to directly administer that penalty now. Expecting the system to police itself and punish the shitheads who have come to permeate it in totality is a fools errand. Welcome to the dilemma of trying to survive in clown world. You can keep your head down and hope to evade the ire of the system, or you can take a stand against it. Either way, you get fucked.

Evidently, open civil war isn’t starting fast enough for some of them, so they’re now throwing gasoline and full propane cylinders on the firewood, and they’re flicking their lighters anxiously.

I wish TPTB a lot of luck trying to enact and enforce this idea, although it’s liable to be a long-shot, introduced purely for show.
Grabbing guns from ordinary folks has a poor historical outcome in this country.

But if it is enacted and signed, the penalty phase for passage of such a law probably isn’t going to wait for court enforcement. Nor should it. I’d even venture a surmise that come those times, courts will become an endangered species as well. Just a guess.

Open season will be rather wide-ranging, and it won’t be strictly the minions at the pointy end, and their families, paying the bill. I suspect, as with prior measures, any number of enforcement agencies will openly announce non-enforcement a priori. The rest will spend a lot on funerals and HR interviews. The main effect of this in the short term, beyond providing a Lexington/Fort Sumter moment, will be to get any constitution-respecting officers and deputies to put in for early retirement, and thin the ranks even more.

Somebody might want to write Claire Wolfe, and suggest she update her calendar somewhat. Spicy times draw closer and closer.

More great news. I cant believe the amount of good news we get every fucking day. I would like to give my personal thanks to the peoples commissars for their energetic help in pushing this collapse along faster. I for one am dam tired of the current SLOWWW and very stressful collapse. Its time to get the party started. Do you think the DACA brownshirts will be the pones selected for the honor of enforcing the new law? We can only hope.

Just one last word of caution for the commie minions. Be VERY VERY careful for what you wish for, you may just get it. Good and hard just like you like it.

Hear that next ratchet on the starter gun? Yeah, we keep inching our way to: Not-A-Country, Real-Civil-War, be-very-prepared, Elites-First: the next level of nothingness. Lots of tough stuff on all sides coming our way.

Look closer to where you live, for any value of that.

I bet you haven’t been this mad since Grant, Sherman, Sheridan, and Joshua Chamberlain took your great-great-granddadies chattels away.

The first Civil war was more about taxes than slavery. If that was indeed the case that slavery was the cause of the Civil war on both sides, then explain to me why the northern states approved the Corwin Amendment, why the southern states seceded despite the Corwin amendment, and why two of the the last three states to abolish slavery were Union, and not Confederate, states? (Delaware, Kentucky, and New Jersey)

As a friend likes to say, lets cut out the foreplay and getbon with the act already.

Imagine what the “fee’s” would have been for this guy.

He was likely a Mexican cartel member. Some of those were machine guns.

I would have bet that too, but nope.
Legally incompetent 90+ year old, institutionalized.
Long-time C&R license holder, and everything he had was obtained legally over the course of a lifetime.
His institutionalization was the reason the badged gun grabbers toddled along to pick up his recently-registered guns, and found the entire treasure trove.

The pity is his lifetime collection is all now permanently out of circulation.
That makes me feel like Blutto when the movers cleaning out Delta House dropped a case of Jack Daniels.
