In a continuation of a trend I have been reporting for awhile, the military is shrinking because of a fall in retention and enlistment. First the Army and now the National Guard reports that they are falling short in meeting manpower targets, falling short by about 7,500 troops. Senior leadership is blaming a large decrease in troops reenlisting for the shortfall.
Officials claim that people are not reenlisting because they are disappointed by not being able to deploy and get shot at. I think that’s bullshit. They are failing to reenlist for a few reasons:
- Troops are generally conservative and don’t want woke bullshit training crammed down their throats
- They want to do high speed, low drag shit, not spend time learning each other’s pronouns or diversity training
- The COVID shot requirements
- Handing out abortions so barracks whores can get more action isn’t gonna make up the difference
- Lowering the requirements for enlisting isn’t fixing it
It seems that most of the nation’s military isn’t as excited about woke bullshit as the left would have us believe.

I and several other retired military I know do not counsel young people to join the military given the continuing trend of behavior and policymaking of the senior leadership. Given the number of multi-generational military families that has to be a part of the decline. An interesting article (2017) ion the subject is at

US armed forces’ numbers are public, but I wonder who else in The United States of Wokedom is experiencing severe recruiting shortfalls.

I was argueing with HR the other week on this. Our industry had lay offs in 2020. Now we are hiring and no oneis applying. HR says its because all the people let go in 2020 moved to other industries.
I have buddies in other industries, they also can not find staff. All the Har types keep repeating the line about other industries but no one can say whete they went.
I suspect lots of people just stopped working, and given the massive increase in people on government assistence i suspect they arenot coming back.

Many have gone Galt so to speak. We quit out jobs without taking the jab. cashed out our retirements, and moved to rural states with Constitutional gun laws. We now farm and stay busy with homestead work. We got killed in taxes for taking the retirement early, but paid cash for the farm and have no debt at all. There is plenty of work if we want it, but why invest the time in someone else’s business for US Dollars that may soon be worthless? I have plenty of cash on hand and in the bank and plenty of my own work to do. There are also rumors of impending bank “buy ins” where the failing bank takes your deposit legally , I am busy buying tractors and harrows, and portable sawmills and other useful items to convert that bank account into hard durables I can use for the rest of my life. I’m sure I am not alone.
As for the US Mil, they will find out soon enough the cost of vilifying and casting our its historic warrior caste. The freaks remaining in uniform to prove that women are better than men and for the free tranny surgeries will not be up to the task and the resulting defeat will be among the most shocking in history.
