it took the DOJ nearly two years and how many millions of dollars to figure out that the Uvalde cops screwed the pooch.

The report builds on a scathing investigation by state lawmakers that found “systemic failures and egregiously poor decision-making” among the almost 400 law enforcement officers who responded.

Yet not a single one of the 400 cowards who stood there, holding back parents trying to rescue their children while listening to them being slaughtered by a madman will face any real repercussions from their cowardice and failure to act.

You know, at this stage I’m just going to say that if parents faced with this sort of situation don’t exact revenge to get their own justice (in light of the utter failing of the cops) then they obviously consider their kids lives to have been worthless. How else can I characterize it? It’s fucked up to have to face the realization that none of this stuff will be responded to in the only manner that can actually address the problem now. I mean, how many indignities and insults can be absorbed? That number has no apparent upper bound.

The system obviously won’t give them any justice, it has now rendered it’s decision on the matter. And entirely as expected, they are giving themselves a pass.
Bottom line, if the parents don’t give an shit, neither do I. They can spend the rest of their miserable lives contemplating their own failure to make it right.

Honestly, people talk about the value of a human life. But from where I’m standing, it appears to be a commodity with little to no value, as evidenced by how easily something like this happens with no actual consequences.

I’ll save my concern – and any response needed – strictly for me and mine. The rest of this passive, pussed out society can piss off. They’re straight up worthless. Black pilled? Fuckin’ aye right I am.

One of life’s most vexing disappointments is how gutless damn near everyone is in matters of the life and death of themselves and their (supposed) loved ones. COVID was massively revelatory of this failing, and there have been repeated reinforcements of it since then. The amount of passive acceptance and resignation in the face of such insults tells me that humanity is a failed species. They are incapable of genuine anger and righteous indignation. Not only has the self preservation been bred right out of most people, they won’t fight back even when told to their face “fuck you, there is nothing that will be done to punish those who have so utterly failed in their professional responsibility”. It’s disgusting.

Of course, the “system” will never face charges from the “system”. Let the face a trial of the victims and of the parents. Then you will see justice.

Yeah there it is – “systemic” what insulting bullshit. It is not systemic failure it is pure human failure.
