A man with 14 convictions for dealing drugs left his gun in reach of an 8 year old, who then used it to shoot a pair of small children. One of the children died.

Then leftists predictably leave out the drug dealing part and try to blame the gun.

Roderick Dwayne Randall, who is a 14 time convicted felon, left his sleeping girlfriend and the young children in a motel room. Randall’s 8-year old found the gun in a closet and fired a shot. The bullet struck and killed a 1-year old girl and injured a 2-year old girl. He then fled the room with his drugs and gun before returning.

Randall was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, two counts of culpable negligence, tampering with physical evidence, and failing to store or leave firearm in a required manner.

Imagine my surprise to see that his is black. Another criminal in a race that is filled with them. The sheriff said he has 129 pages of criminal history, 28 previous felony charges and 14 felony convictions.

I suggest a few more charges. First, the girlfriend. She should be charged with child endangerment for living with her children in a dive motel with a convicted drug dealer and his drugs. Get the remaining child away from her, where it will have a chance at a decent life.

I, as a responsible gun owner, am not taking the blame for some drug dealing scumbag’s criminal actions. Democrats are sitting here passing red flag laws, while they can’t even keep dudes with 14 felonies from owning guns. Tell me how gun control works so well.

LBJ’s Great Society. How’s that working out? Time to bury leftist policy for good.

    21stCenturyCassandra · June 28, 2022 at 8:24 am

It’s a very small minority of young black men who are violent felons. But 14 convictions? At some point weld the cell door shut.

      Skeptic · June 28, 2022 at 9:44 am

Nonsense. 1/3 of black men under 35 have a felony conviction on their record. Those are only the ones caught and convicted. Until we realize some home truths, we are doomed as a society.

        21stCenturyCassandra · June 28, 2022 at 7:26 pm

        1. Got a reference for that?
        2. How many of those are for drug possession? Not dealing, but possession?

There are something like 10,000 (IIRC) homicides committed by black males annually. There are a couple million black males between 18-40. So, yeah, it’s a small minority. Most black people are not violent. I’m not excusing the ones who are, or the lamestream media who refuse to tell the truth.

          Divemedic · June 28, 2022 at 9:11 pm

Mathematically, you are correct. However, it is important to take into account:
          – Black males are the victim of homicide 10 to 20 times more often than any other demographic
          – Black males commit homicides 15 to 35 times more often than any other demographic
          – Black males commit armed robbery 10 to 15 times more often whites
          – Most crime is committed by perpetrators who are the same race as their victims
          – More than 90% of homicides where the victim is black, so is their killer
We are asked to ignore that murder rates don’t increase with population, but instead increase in proportion to black population. For example:

-Atlanta has a population of 524K, of which is 51% black, and had 157 murders for a murder rate of 30. If Atlanta were a country, it would have the 12th highest homicide rate in the world.
-Baltimore has a population of 593K, which is 62% black, and had 335 murders for a murder rate of 56.4. If Baltimore were a country, it would have the highest homicide rate of any country in the world.
-Dallas has a population of 1.3 million, which is 24% black, and had 200 murders for a murder rate of 15.4.
-Sacramento has a population of 500K, which is 13 percent black, and had 43 murders for a murder rate of 8.6.
-San Antonio has a population of 1.5 million, which is 7 percent black, and had 128 murders for a murder rate of 8.5.

And I suppose that those statistics are courtesy of the government To quote one Hans Gruber, “you ask for a miracle, I give you the FBI”.

Here’s the thing: to the extent that official statistics are trustworthy at all (yeah, I laughed), making the determination on the number of homicides (or other crimes) committed annually by black males is entirely reliant to begin with on having a known suspect.

Have you actually taken a look at the clearance rate on homicides – as just one category of violent crime – in a place like Chicago or Baltimore? Those cases that don’t get cleared are not reflected in the statistics given by our illustrious government. Therefore, there are a whole load of crimes committed that are never officially recognized or reflected in statistical reporting in so far as the race, sex or age of the perpetrator.

Further, based upon the demographics of the locales in which many of these unsolved crimes are committed, we can say with a wink and nudge that “we don’t know who did these crimes, but we all know who did these crimes.”

That doesn’t even begin to address the subject of officially sanitized reporting, which we all know is taking place because that is how the ruling class wants it. Anyway, that was a lot of effort posting just to say two things:

          1. It was not postulated in this thread that most blacks are violent. However, enough are to make them a societal liability as a demographic group.

          2. the specifc assertion that “a very small minority” of black males are responsible for violent crime was being challenged, as it fails to comport with observable reality in
major American cities for about the last 65 years, statistics be damned.

      Big Ruckus D · June 28, 2022 at 1:00 pm

What? Come on now. It may not be a majority, but to (mis)characterize it as “a very small minority” is way off the mark. And the perception of that is managed by a media that hides or downplays as many incidents of black crime as they can manage to.

How many crimes do you see reported where the description (and photo/video, even if available) of the suspect is conspicuously absent? Then factor in those you never even hear about to begjn with. And remember, Detroit, Baltinore and Chicago aren’t like they are due to a very small minority.

        Skeptic · June 28, 2022 at 5:31 pm

Well said. I’m honestly amazed that in this day and age, there are those on the conservative side that don’t know of the rampant black criminality that plagues this country.

They know, but they are forced to do what I have to do everywhere but on this blog-
Sit there with your head hung low, your mouth shut, and take it.
If you don’t, you will have your entire life destroyed.

How could this have happened? There are laws against felons from having guns. We need more laws then. /sarc

A G Sorrows CPUSA fifth column prosecutor hasn’t let him out yet?
In NYC a sympathetic judge moved the case of a 16 year old rapper to juvenile court after he shot and injured a policeman.
Felons will be the United States Police Force under the CPUSA in the spirit of egalitarian equity.

WASPs have so many votes that it doesn’t matter what any other group votes for. Why are WASPs letting anyone of any background out of prison after the second violent felony? Why are WASPs failing to investigate and prosecute violent attacks by anyone of any background in any urban location?

The USA does not have a minority problem, it has a the-WASP-voters-are-nuts problem.

    Skeptic · June 29, 2022 at 2:18 pm

Totally agree. If WASP voters would unify in their own interest, this country would be a lot better.

21stCenturyCassandra · June 30, 2022 at 1:05 am

Albuquerque has a population of 560k, 116 murders last year. Higher rate than Dallas. Albuquerque is 3% black. So it’s not just blacks, it’s a criminal underclass.

I agree that there is a proportion of young black males that is exceedingly violent. John Derbyshire’s “The Talk Non Black Edition” is very good advice. But it’s not the majority of black people. I blame that lying SOB Lyndon Johnson for destroying the black family.

    Skeptic · June 30, 2022 at 10:55 am

1/3 of black men have felony convictions.

    https://www.sentencingproject.org/news/5593/

Honestly, you just don’t want to know the truth. A tiny bit of research will tell you that you are completely wrong. Violent crime in the USA is, in the majority, a black problem.

Sure, blame Johnson. He unquestionably made it worse. But ask yourself – why? The programs he implemented were just as available to whites as blacks. Why did it “disproportionately affect” blacks? Again, an answer that you don’t want to know.

      21stCenturyCassandra · June 30, 2022 at 9:15 pm

BS. Yeah, I do blame Johnson. Go back and look at the civil rights protests in the 50s and 60s. You see well dressing black people who are marching to simply be treated as human beings. You also see racist white cops and sheriffs with dogs and fire hoses turned on the protestors.

        Skeptic · June 30, 2022 at 10:21 pm

Well, we have been kissing their black asses for over 50 years now. How is that working out? Maybe those bad old Southerners had a point.

        “I was right.”

        Sincerely,

        Bull Connor

Bull Connor was full of mierde. Racist asshoe. He was NOT right.

        Skeptic · June 30, 2022 at 10:22 pm

        And you ducked my question.

          21stCenturyCassandra · July 1, 2022 at 1:39 am

Nope. You are just like Tom Cruise in A Few Good Men when he was questioning Colonel Jessup.

    Divemedic · June 30, 2022 at 1:40 pm

The year I was using was 2019, when Albuquerque had 80 murders. Still, you misunderstand statistics. Black population isn’t the only factor in homicide rates, just a significant contributor.
The largest contribution to Albuquerque homicide rates is a high amount of Mexican drug gang activity.

      21stCenturyCassandra · June 30, 2022 at 9:17 pm

Last year, Albuquerque broke its all time record of homicides. More than half of this year’s homicides involve Hispanic/Latino. I agree that the Mexican drug trade is a huge factor in the crime and homicide rate.
