Technically that is any double action pistol. Put a cam attached to a electric drill in the trigger guard and legally that’s a machine gun.

Here’s a crazy idea, how about just enforcing existing law ?
A felon having a gun is a federal crime and converting a gun to automatic is also a federal crime with mandatory federal sentences of YEARS in Club Fed.
So just have your worthless Soros backed prosecutors do their jobs and don’t pass worthless new laws that impinge on the rights of the law abiding ?

Of course that would also require the Feds to prosecute in Fed court, which they won’t do unless it’s some rightwinger who just wanted to be left alone.
