Well, this may just be the Media trying to blame the Conservative justices. Count me skeptical – if there were any evidence of this the Media would be all over this, naming names and calling for indictments.

Given present crises that have eclipsed so many old ones never resolved, it may be out of vogue to say it now, but there are perfectly valid reasons we should still be saying “fuck george w bush”. john “obamacare” roberts is one of them.

After the ObamaoCare Robert’s debacle, I will believe every bad thing anyone can make up/dream/dope fantasy/nightmare about Robertshitff, until proven wrong, then doubt the proof. He is a slimy pile of stinking offal.

Regarding the leak itself, I don’t thing Roberts wants to know who did it. Given the relatively small number of people who could have done it, it seems to me that if he wanted to know, he and we, would surely have known by now. Reverse logic given the circumstances in the end, but there has to be more going on behind those robes and curtains than we are allowed to know. In any case, Roberts is a snake.

I actually think Roberts did it to ramp up pressure on Kavanaugh. I’m pleasantly surprised it didn’t work.

I’m not surprised, he has done it with other major decisions, but this time he was outnumbered so he lost the leverage he used to have as the swing vote…
