Leftists desperately need to disarm American citizens. One way to so that is to bankrupt American gun manufacturers. So they claim that guns are being deliberately marketed to mass murderers. A judge in California has agreed.

We knew this was coming when the supreme court of CT ruled that the case against Remington could move forward because bushmaster advertised the AR-15 that was used at Sandy Hook.
And NY just had some executive order passed too make it easier to sue gun dealers and manufacturers when their products are misused by a third party.
