So far Michigan, Connecticut, and New Hampshire’s Secretary of State are saying that they will not permit Trump to be on the ballot. Lawsuits have been filed in Florida and Colorado to have Trump barred from appearing on the ballot.

The nonprofit advocacy groups Free Speech For People and Mi Familia Vota Education Fund invoked that clause Wednesday when they sent letters to the chief election officials in nine states, including Griswold in Colorado, requesting that they exclude Trump, a Republican, from their state’s ballots. Mi Familia Vota is affiliated with La Raza, a racist communist group that seeks to overthrow the US government. I have blogged and warned my readers about them for over 15 years.

The loss of the electoral votes of the states indicating that they will bar Trump from the ballot: California, Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon and Pennsylvania would give Biden 319 electoral votes, making it a lock that the Democrats will win the 2024 election. The fix is in, and the 2024 election is a done deal.

Our government is being overthrown, yet the Republicans not only sit and do nothing, they actively support the insurrection. I maintain that our government was ousted in a coup and the Republicans are supporting it.

Florida has a closed primary. That means the only way you get to vote for a candidate is to be registered to vote as a member of his party. I am currently registered as a Republican, and I will be voting for Donald Trump in the primary. I will not be voting for anyone else in any other race. Once I have voted, I will immediately change my registration to “no party affiliation.” Why?

Because I used to think that the Republicans were spineless cowards. I now realize that there is no such thing as a RINO. The typical Republican is a power hungry weasel who will say whatever they have to say in order to remain in office and in power. They don’t care about the voters, nor do they care about the nation. I can no longer vote for any of our current politicians.

It doesn’t seem to be any different anywhere in the western world. The nominally “right wing” just promise they’ll do the same thing, but maybe not so fast.
It looks a little more hopeful in Europe, where AFD for example are starting to really make waves in Germany, but I reckon we’re still 5-10 years from anything like starting a reversal. But in the meantime, still got to live through it.

Totally Agree.

I’ll have to post a careful breakdown of Clause 3 of the 14th Amendment and break it down barney style, because it doesn’t cover the office of the President. This makes sense when you realize that Lincoln didn’t abandon his office and follow the southern states when they seceded like some House and Senate members did, so naturally President was not listed as an office. Electors is listed, but not President. Because we live in a post law society, this won’t stop the turds doing this, of course, but words mean things, even ones written more than 100 years ago.

I’m with you, as soon as the primary here is over I’m changing my registration from Republican to independent.
The Republican Party has institutional Ebola, disintegrating from within.

As sundance noted:
The functional mission of the UniParty apparatus is not based on ideology; the core and consequential baseline revolves around the business of American politics and the motives of the people who control the institutions within it. For this outline I focus only on the Republican wing, the GOP corporation, one side of the professional business apparatus.

WRITE THIS DOWN and force yourself to remember it every day. “The Republican Party priority is to retain their business, to control the outcomes, and this has nothing to do with winning elections.” The RNC would rather lose elections and retain power, than win elections and lose operational control over the apparatus.

President Trump is a political outsider and that is why the Uniparty has united in it’s effort to insure he never gets back into office.
We are not voting our way out of this mess.

It’s the same thing that the Democrats did when the rigged the 2016 primary to make sure that HRC won and Bernie lost.

Reminds me of the saying often attributed to Stalin, which there are a few variants of floating around but the gist of it is: “the results of the vote don’t matter. The fact that there was a vote is enough for the people”. I am in agreement with you. I will vote for Trump, maybe a few local items if there are any, but as for the rest I can’t in good conscience vote FOR them. In other discussions, it’s been pointed out that voting for the opposition (e.g. voting D to oust a bad R) only causes the R’s to become more D like. The answer is to not vote because while they may still win, it shows that they lack support.

“”We are not voting our way out of this mess.””

Write that down, tattoo it on your forehead, put it in as a daily reminder on your calendar, produce a song to go viral, do something to reenforce that sentence in your mind. It is absolutely true.

I find it particularly egregious that so much effort is being made to prevent people from being able to express their opinion (politically).
The cheating-to-win is one thing, but to straight up try tonstop one side from casting their vote? Thats punch you in the face level stuff.

Republican, democrat, same tard different shirt. They both want the same thing, just use different approaches to achieve the goal. With election season upon us, it’s time for us to again witness the dance of the short bus riders.

Until some are found hanging from a lamp post, nothing will change.

Nothing says democracy like banning opponents. Unitary says it all. Guillotine all of them.

DM, as much as you seem to attack on libertarians that has been one of the stronger outgrowths from at least a grass roots rejection of the two party system. I’m not saying it’s right and that the corruption of power would have those and any future elected libertarians any different down the road than what we have today, but they are the a canary in a coal mine about a lot of the issues with lack of actual representation. My Dad about disowned me 20 years ago when I said I was done with the Retardagain party. Oh joy I get to get screwed over or eventually killed slower than the Demonrats. What a fucking choice that is. I remain convinced that the Retardagains had decided to cede themselves to a perpetual miniority party after WW2, so they can beat their chests publicly and amass a war chest for their self betterment in election funds and public pork projects. They if there was an honest one in them in the 90s should have rode that wave and crushed the radical unamerican shit for generations. But they chose, not lost it, they chose to loose it because, well that would require getting in the line of fire. Saying No. Making hard choices about public programs. Saying we can’t support this economy when half the country hires and imports illegals. No, they don’t really want the responsiblity for the country and really never have other than some breif blurbs of power. 9/11 could have further solidified things for the Retardigans but instead of kicking the shit out of the Taliban in Afganistan and saying something like if you idiots fuck this badly up again we will further obliterate everything. Nope, spin up a futher amount of conflicts so the neocons can get their wallets fatter with the green backs soaked in blood of Americans. You might have realized this in the back of your mind a long time ago, but welcome to the party pal.

That’s perhaps the issue at hand. There is no one running to the rescue of sanity, of what the back bone of America is or what really keeps it running. It’s gone the way of Europe, just delayed now a few years instead of centuries.

The other side embraces it and is rushing for it. I mean they at least think they won’t have to get their hands dirty in the higher levels of course, sure some foot troops die but what a way to create avatars and martyrs.

J6 was a lesson in idiocy for those that gathered, and an abject lesson to those that may at any point in time disagree with the .gov. It’s okay if who they support protests but not anyone against them. I mean we’ve seen this in this country over the years before the current age, no one paid attention to history however.

The right to protest, freedom of speech and all those things only apply to those the .gov favors. Don’t much matter who occupies the DC beltway.
