Getting rid of a bunch of tabs that expose infringements on our rights, but that I just didn’t get time to write a post on:
- The Democrats want to pass a law codifying the Chevron deference.
- Forcing everyone to pass through magnetometers is a violation of search and seizure clause, but NY does it anyhow.
- HOTUS says that she won’t interfere with EC vote counting on J6, 2025. Of course she won’t. The interference will be completed in November.
- You can’t photograph things happening on Public Property unless you are a member of the official media, or you must pay money to a private company.

The Goonshow used to be an interesting half hour diversion on Saturday mornings between household admin, lunch, and picking the fishing spot of the day to get tasty dindins and semi-fatal sunburn. Never thought real life would become more surreal than the mental droppings of Spike Milligan, Peter Sellers, and Harry Secombe. The more surreal life becomes, the more those classics are a refuge of reality….

Ummm….just wondering if the Crowned Head of NYFC-the mayor-has ever heard of bicycles??Now, they even have electric ones that go twice as far and twice as fast. I have seen those messenger/delivery boys and girls zipping around, and they don’t need to use the subway. Seems like any John Wick worth his salt, could figure out how to move pistola’s, small rifles, bombs….quite easily. Once again, a Democrat solution in need of a problem.

1. I don’t see how you can pass a law that overturns a Supreme Court decision as well as the Constitution itself. Only Congress can make laws and they cannot delegate their authority to others. All agencies are headed by a Cabinet Secretary appointed by the President and approved by Congress. Their function should be to advise Congress on legislation needed to support their function. Period.
2. Why single out the NY Subway? Doesn’t every airport in this country do the same or worse?

4. I think if you have a powerful enough telephoto lens, you can photograph anything you want. The White House is supposedly public land but try to go inside to photograph something, or just go inside period.

For the NY Metro. A bunch of people should start carrying chucks of metal roughly the same size as a handgun. Just to make life difficult. Even roughly the same shape without looking like you’re trying.
Anything to throw off the success rates.
