Doesn’t fit with anything else we’ve heard about these show trials – people getting far longer sentences because of the “terrorist” modifier, and spending more time in prison before the trial than most criminals get for doing the same offense. People who weren’t even in DC are getting longer sentences than a guy spraying something in officers’ faces? Bull.
Therefore, something fishy is going on. If he was a fed plant it makes some sense. Even more sense if he and the crime never existed and this is just disinformation so they can list people who got lighter sentences than usual.
