One of the Trump supporters indicted for questioning the elections in Georgia, Harrison Floyd, is still in jail and denied bond. Not only that, but he has been denied a public defender because he makes $50k a year, which they claim is too much money for him to be eligible. When he pointed out that he can’t afford the $40,000 retainer for a private attorney, the judge told him that he could always represent himself pro se.

Remember when democrats said bail is racist? Where are the bail reformers now? Where in the hell are all of those damn liberal democrats screaming bail is systemic racism? He meets their criteria. He’s black, and he’s in jail on non violent charges.

These charges are part of a system of show trials, that are designed to keep blacks on the plantation and away from supporting any Republican, but Trump in particular. Keep a list of local Republicans that support Trump. We are getting closer to mass arrests every day. When those begin, it’s time to take steps to not be where you can be disappeared.

But of course. It especially pisses the left off when one of their “pets” (or one whom they expect to play that role, in any case) gets uppity and starts espousing ideas that are dangerous to, as you said, keeping them on the plantation. And so it is that some of the most egregious abuses of power and procedure will be meted out to individuals like Mr. Floyd. The left gives no fucks about how any of this will be perceived, either. This is how they roll.

The process is the punishment. They did it with General Flynn, caused him to be buried in legal fees until he ran out of money. They come up with bullshit charges and force you to go broke defending yourself. They threaten to criminally charge whistle blowers. Think any more will come forward? Going after Elon Musk and SpaceX for FOLLOWING THE LAW and not hiring non US citizens. Communists have a firm grip on our government. TINVOWOOT!

Trump could have ended General Flynn’s torment at any time with a pardon. He was, after all, President. He did not. He stood by and watched the bastards ruin Flynn’s life. He did Tweet about it and fundraised off of Flynn’s back, though.

Vote for him if you like. But don’t stick your neck out expecting him to return the favor.

So why doesn’t Trump hire an attorney for him? This man’s life has been ruined because he fought for Trump.

He meets all the criteria for the left except one: He’s a Trump supporter.

Agree with nones’ comment – the process is the punishment. Destroy every one of these people’s lives by bankrupting them or jailing them. Even well to do folks like Guliani can’t fight the onslaught for very long. Trump has vast resources, but I’d wager even he’s feeling pinched with all of this legal BS. Anyone else would have tapped out by now.
