The 80 percent firearm rule has been reinstated by Justice Alito, once again making 80 percent firearms illegal. Is SCOTUS finally being brought to heel by the threats from the left? Are we going to see a loss with regards to the ATF making up laws on behalf of an administration that can’t get its agenda passed by Congress? Only time will tell.

This law is very important to gun grabbers, because you can’t have firearms registration without serializing and its ability to aid in tracking firearms. Can’t have peasants with unfettered access to weapons, because that makes it impossible to crush them under your bootheel.

The stay is only in effect until August 4th. I hope this rule will be overturned.

3d printer goes brrrrrr. Desktop CNC machine goes whirrrrrrr.

The days of government being able to control access to firearms is long over. Desktop 3d printing and CNC machines have made it impossible.

Sadly, 90% still won’t vote for Ron Paul or similar. Making a private weapon gets you nowhere if your wife/girlfriend/child/neighbor/congregation member/friend turns you in.

This ship sailed over half a century ago. My Dad’s Springfield 15A is sans serial number not because anyone removed it but because it never had one. There are millions of guns out in the wild like this.
This law is dead as soon as a defense attorney requires the prosecution to adjourn to a a range and fire at least 3 rounds from an Unfinished lower receiver. No fair machining it. That’s manufacturing evidence.
