Funny, it’s Congress that has the power. Not the states. Not Colorado. It says so right there, and anyone with a third grade reading comprehension understands that.
No, because Article III doesn’t have anything like the Section 5 that is found in the 14th Amendment, and neither does the 22nd Amendment. The left loves to look at every word and twist it to their advantage, (well-regulated militia) but then ignores words that it finds inconvenient. (“Congress has the power,” “right of the people,” or “reserved to the states”)
The left is made up of petulant children who throw temper tantrums whenever anything doesn’t go their way. You point that out, and they immediately began screaming “J6! J6!”
I know that CW2 would be a disaster, but this slow motion collapse is really beginning to wear on me. The left is playing for all of the marbles.
Let’s just get it on, already. This is one of those days for me. I am just over these assholes.

I’ve reached the point of indifference to stupid fucks like tribe popping off with such inanities. It really is giant assholes all the way down. Part of the reason I can’t really get that pissed anymore is that I’ve accepted the fact it’s all going to be destroyed. I don’t know when exactly, but with the death of the FUSA politically and economically already an accomplished fact, now we are just waiting for the stage where unrestrained violence sets in.
Don’t mistake my indifference for defeatism, it’s just that the forces aligned against me and what I want to see are simply too great to combat, even if all those of a mindset similar to my own chose to act in unison. It isn’t just faux intellectual cunts who tweet such tripe that I’m up against. It’s all the sheeple who, despite their constant bitching about things, don’t want real changes because the change that’s needed robs them of the perceived benefits they still enjoy under the system, and forces an uncomfortable level of personal responsibility back onto them.
In short, too many people profit from the the system to actually want to give it up. Think of all the 401K’s that would be decimated (and will be anyway, ultimately) if the scams of high finance were forcibly ended. See the problem now? And that’s just one of many reasons the scams must go on (until they can’t). Most people will not willingly sacrifice what will be needed to get an actual better future. The desire to maintain those portions of the status quo that they view as beneficial and sacrosanct will not be overcome by logic and facts.
So, it’s too late to save the “system” with the intent to reform it to operate by its intended parameters. And really, it has been far too perverted to be worth even an attempt at saving it now. Let it go, and plan to build anew after all the filth, scrub and dead weight is burned away.
That part of the process will suck, and I may not survive it. But it has to happen, or there is no possible shot at anything better. And I’d rather die, than live under the dystopia that these fuckers like tribe will be running, if their plans come to fruition. Because they’ll kill me anyway – and on their terms – which I consider an unacceptable outcome.

Dam, you pretty much spelled it out But as for me it will take them awhile. Ex military and mid sixties so I pretty much just don’t give a fuck anymore. A man that knows he will die soon is a very dangerous adversary. And if his cause is just, hell will rain down on those he comes for.
Wonder what they will think as we come for them and say “fuck this, no more rules” just like them?

Yup, anyone who claims the Colorado “trial” was fair, factual, or reasonable is either an idiot or a liar.
The whole thing relied on an assumption of guilt and went downhill from there.

I fully agree with the time this is taking and am fucking tired of it. Either step off or fuck off, one or the other. But I now more and more I believe that’s the way it will go slowly and painfully now, The sudden collapse will be bad for the masters, lots of pissed off peasants. So its like cooking a frog slowly so he doesn’t jump out of the pot it will be.
BUT, if the masters think the masses are pissed off enough and they wont be able to steal another election or cant go the assassination/ sudden heart attack route, then all bets are off and the false flag cyber attack or WW3 with the russians or chinese will come. Anyone notice another day and more social media systems are down, FB and instagram today. More testing for the big one?
