Police are targeting a truck meet:
An unsanctioned truck meet over the weekend in Daytona Beach Shores resulted in 688 issued traffic citations and 46 trucks towed, as well as multiple misdemeanor and felony arrests. Law enforcement prepared for the event by utilizing the city’s new zero-tolerance policy for traffic infractions and designating The Shores as a Special Event Zone in which fines are doubled for noncriminal traffic infractions and loud noises are banned near private residences.
Why? Because white men are those who are most well known for driving pickups. You can bet your ass that any rally involving black stereotypes will be carefully left alone. You know, like BCR. We know this because the police have a specific web page highlighting how they won’t racially profile.

Of course they are!
Though I’ll admit in this case it could be more and issue that the city and police didn’t get their current through permit fees and paid for overtime.
On another subject, did you read about the “preemptive” arrests near a gay parade in Coeur D’alene Idaho?

I’m gonna go out on a limb here and predict that “this will not turn out for them how they think it will.”
Slowly, very slowly, attitudes are changing. I am convinced they are not aware of it.

Do you want to bet that zero tolerance traffic infraction policy will somehow magically become much more tolerant when the driver is found to be a bit darker than what the department issued color chart defines as “white”? No, you say? Well shit, could have made myselr some easy money.
And that double fine zone thing they like doing, what a load of bullshit that is. Here they do it around all the schools, which is maybe the one place it can be justified. But there are certain streets that are arbitrarily designated “special enforcement zones” by posted signs that also state “fines doubled”. I suspect most of these are due to resident Karen’s showing up at city council meetings and bitching about speeders on “their street”, so the local PD capitalizes on it as a money making opportunity by having the signs put up and then springing the trap on motorists.
I really do have to wonder at what point a backlash will coalesce against those comitting this sort of abuse. It has to be close, the pressure, misery amd anger is getting too high in too many areas now; food, gas, housing, gas and energy costs, political and social discontent are all at record high levels already. And now the pigs (to include the various feds) are going to add another kick in the nuts (well, for those they chose to target anyway) by adopting an actively and intentionally antagonistic stance against white people?
Truthfully, they already have been doing so for years. Great idea, should really ingratiate them to the one segment of the public that had still largely supported them. And as we are seeing in real time, sentiment towards them is getting…unfavorable. They should really consider the trajectory they’ve chosen, as it will end up proving to have been a poor choice. But I know they won’t.

Lot of places post double fines for infractions in road construction zones. I don’t have a problem with that. Slow the phuck down!

Special enforcement zones aren’t the same as construction zones. The city in this case is angry that white men came from out of town to have fun at the beach. There is a new state law that allows local governments extra powers when they declare an area to be a “special event zone,” so this city declared the entire beach area to be one. That allows them to tow vehicles and impound them for up to 72 hours, even if they are not improperly parked. It allows them to charge double for traffic fines. The intent here has nothing to do with traffic safety, it is a harassment tool to keep people from using the beach.
The city claims that they declared the beachfront to be a “special enforcement zone” in response to unsanctioned events that led to residents complaining of being prisoners in their own homes. In other words, they want the beach to themselves, and don’t want people who aren’t on the approved list to enjoy those beaches themselves. That is a pretty common attitude amongst the northern transplants who come here, flush with cash from selling their overpriced northern home, buy up all of the beachfront property, and promptly try to cut off beach access to everyone else. The northern transplants lost in court back in 2021, so this “special event zone” was invented to circumvent the state law declaring all beaches to be public property.
You can bet your ass, however, that the city will not target Black College Reunion week.

They know EBT cards don’t work on paying tickets.
Some whites still cling to muh system and the back to normal happy horseshit.
I almost feel bad for them.
Rolling up on the vibrant diverse beach bongo beat down? Bwahaha!
That might interfere with pension and donuts.
