Aesop responds to my post on the destruction of the rule of law, and it brought to mind some interesting thoughts on the law, or more accurately the reasons why faith in the law is deliberately being undermined.

The law, and by extension law enforcement, exists to ensure that people get a fair trial and a punishment that is proportionate to the crime. In order for the law to work, the people that the law is supposed to represent have to believe that the law is fair and just.
Once law fails in that responsibility, or in the absence of law, the people will take the law into their own hands. What we have here is an entire segment of the population (blacks) who believe that the law is unfair and doesn’t protect them. Right or wrong, perception is reality. So they are taking the law into their own hands.
Once that becomes widespread, the targets of their version of justice can either capitulate or push back. In either case, the widespread disillusionment with the law is exactly what those who would bring down the nation want. As I have been pointing out for three years now, the left is following the CIA insurgency manual almost to the letter. What we are seeing here is the result of Fifth Generation Warfare.

The final stage of the overthrow of a government is easy to see in retrospect, but difficult to see while it is happening. Scholars have identified signals of this crisis state to include a decisive loss of legitimacy by the government, financial collapse, breakdown in authority, strong symbolic actions, and perception of dual sovereignty or provisional authority, among others. It begins modestly- assassinations, disappearances, unexplained deaths that aren’t fully investigated, and seemingly random attacks.

The goal of the insurgency is twofold: to convince the citizens that the government is powerless or unwilling to protect them, and that the insurgents ARE and WILL protect them. They need to create a failure of basic government services, like the rule of law. When enough people become restless and convinced that the rule of law has failed, that critical mass of people will look for a savior. That is when those who would overthrow the government step forward and offer to do what the people think that the government cannot.

This story has played out again and again. It isn’t my idea. Every single bit of this plan is right out of the CIA insurgency manual. You can find a PDF copy of it on the “training manuals” page, linked right at the top of this blog. Heck, the CIA weren’t the first to use it. Saul Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals,” which in itself followed Lenin’s “Stages of a Revolution,” which was also a modification of Mao’s own theories on Communist revolutions. Hitler did it, too, although the Germans and their “Beer Hall Putsches” turned it into a national sport before Hitler was even a Corporal.

As I pointed out this morning, things are gonna suck. All we can do is ride it out. Just try to live long enough to read about it in a history book.

The government collapses.

Then what?

America is different, a lot in some ways, not at all in others. Some are prepared for the collapse, some are preparing, a lot wil be at the mercy of events.

“Appalachiastan” will, probably, be a lot like the fiercely independent Kurdish, the northeast, a complete shambles, the Midwest some of each. The far west – western and southern Kali, western Oregon and Washington, “escape from New York” territory, the south, Atlanta burns a second time, the rural areas not so much. Texas, Oklahoma, western Lousiiana, Arkansas, confused and sem-independent, except for the big cities, most of which will do their “Atlanta 1865” imitation.

So, where’s the new Power Center? Who thinks they can rule over the competing fiefdoms? Or even get most of them into any sort of non-conflicting alignment?

Having overthrown the order, who thinks they can command it, with what and in what manner?

Aesop has the gist of it: Rule 308 in job lot quantities, everywhere. But, eventually, one either runs out of ammo or targets. Then what?

Don’t think for a second that the residents of South and Central America, China, or Russia will sit on the sidelines.

Yeah, nature abhors a vacuum, so once the FUSA is consumed with “internal issues” everyone else will pounce on what they’ve been thinking about for years. We’ll wind up as “just another country” among the 194 others, nothing special, just another asset-rich land mass with 100 million fewer occupants than last year.

Which I think must be the plan.

How many times before in history has the ruling party of the government worked ceaselessly for generations to destroy and overthrow that same government? Then again, how many times before in history has the government deliberately set out to eliminate and replace their own population?

1) Nobody will pounce on anything, lest canned sunshine be parceled out in job lots as well, in both hemispheres.

2) Slow learners have half a dozen additional Armageddons waiting for delivery by SLBM, which is only enough to erase every city larger than 1M on the planet, several times over.
2a) The woke military will desert en masse, and what’s left will lock down inside the bases until the dust clears.

3) TPTB will be hunted for sport anywhere outside NYFC, Bahstun, and maybe San Franshitco.
That includes the entirety of the Left Coast, and multiple Blue Hives between the coasts, which don’t stand a chance against the surrounding Red regions, nor the populations of same. Siege, starvation, or outright slaughter will all make appearances.

4) Skin color and woketardedness will become a uniform, in a house-to-house national battle that will make Rwanda look half-assed.

5) Warlords will try to rise up, but be overtaken by events, and overrun by local ad hoc vigilantes.

6) The exodus of 40M+ illegal aliens southward will be biblical.

7) After 10 years, things will have settled down. The BoR will have stopped being a suicide pact, but some old words will re-enter the conversation: treason & sedition.
Followed, in short order, by rump courts and capital punishment at corners and trees from coast to coast.

8) The mobs didn’t take over Chicongo and NYFC after Prohibition. But they got gunned down, rounded up, and crippled for decades once folks had had enough.
The same was true of thieves and cutthroats in San Franshitco 150 years ago.
Yet again, locals rolled up their sleeves, and settled things right down, with a select few street-corner tribunals.

9) Imagine Athens, TN on a national scale.

10) And with a notable number of private feuds and scores rolled into the package before things return to any semblance of normalcy.

The permanent leftward steerage of civilization is going to have its hands cut off. At the shoulders.

Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable.” -JFK

I think much of that is wishful thinking. I don’t see Biden having the guts to order nuclear strikes.
In any case, our nuclear capabilities are a shadow of what they once were. We couldn’t maintain a bomber ground or air alert if we wanted to. Our ICBM force is almost nonexistent. The Navy surface and carrier fleet has completely lost its ability to deliver nuclear weapons. The SLBMs are all that is left, and I am betting they aren’t in any better shape than the rest of the triad.

      Aesop · April 11, 2023 at 7:32 pm

Biden won’t. He won’t be a factor at that point.
(Pretty much like he isn’t now.)
People below him will do so.

And there is zero evidence that the Silent Service component is woken and broken.
      Thank a merciful deity.

At any rate, and nobody gonna poke that bear, unless they want to live in Hiroshima around September of ’45.

They may make move elsewhere, but CONUS is going to be a free-fire hands-off area for the duration.

As Russia found out in A-stan and Ukraine, the quickest way to turn allies into blood enemies is invade their country.

“1) Nobody will pounce on anything, lest canned sunshine be parceled out in job lots as well, in both hemispheres.”

I’m confident no one will pounce on the FUSA mainland – for one thing, they’re doing too well just rotting it from the inside to render it harmless – but I would be stunned if some countries, China at the top of the list, would not move post haste on the small and former US associates and affiliates that we’ll no longer have the materiel, people or stomach to protect and influence.

Biden and nukes? Not this century. Trump? He certainly would and they know it, but even Trump wouldn’t nuke China over them taking over Guam or the Phillippines.

“After 10 years, things will have settled down” Nope, it’ll settle way down after 12-15 months, into a very low level of score settling that will go on for years because there won’t be that many people left pursuing it; figure on a minimum 20% die-off in the first 6-9 months, and whomever is left at that point will be more concerned with trying to stay alive and make their new position prosperous. The hunting will still go on, but at a much lower intensity.

Cleanup – very severe cleanup, ruthless cleanup, aka “Chicago style roadside correction program” – will occur but at the local level. This city, that city, or more likely, this group of neighborhoods, will be a no-go for the scum and criminals because Rule .308 and dumpsters.

Some places will just be left alone to fester, a la “escape from New York” style. Do what you want on the Embarcadero or in the Tenderloin but set foot outside city limits you’ll die where you stand RFN.

Most of the illegals will depart because they’ll be shunned – no food or living quarters – and the potential lead contamination problem if they stay. Some willstay, those are the ones who are established and worthwhile to communities.

A national Athens TN? Absolutely true, but mostly on a local / regional scale. At the national level, the hunting will be quieter and more subtle, you’ll probably never hear about much of it, they just won’t ever be heard from again.

This is America and there are still enough Americans living in it that the turnaround will occur more quickly than people think, and involvement and committment will be driven down to the community level – neighborhood, city, state, region. A national government will certainly exist but it will – for the most part – be on a much, much shorter Constitutional leash.
