An attorney that is part of Hunter Biden’s legal team called the court house, pretending to work for a Republican congressman to get a court filing removed from the public docket, saying that it was filed in error. The judge is furious.

U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, who is set to decide whether to approve Biden’s plea deal on tax and gun charges today, said that a member of his legal team “misrepresented … who she worked for” to get evidence removed from the docket. Noreika threatened to place sanctions on the lawyers.

The parties had reached a plea deal that would see Biden getting away without punishment for his crimes. The judge appeared upset that she was being asked to act as a “rubber stamp” on the deal. The deal is now on hold, and Hunter pled not guilty today.

There is certainly more here than there was against Clinton or Trump on their impeachments. If even half of the allegations are true, the President has been taking bribes for decades, and this certainly deserves impeachment and removal from office, but we all know that this will never happen in the banana republic that this nation has become.

The whore who screwed the pooch better be more worried about being Arkacided for exposing the scheme. Yes, she sold her soul for money so she is a whore.

“Should” is right up there with “fair” and “legally” and “deserves to be” in terms of whining.

There are the way things “should” be and the way things be.

For a busy guy you sure spend a lot of time banging out post after post of things that are not compatible with the current reality, like maybe you should submit these to Breitbart.

Not complaining, just saying everybody has to examine their time usage, especially if one thinks this system is coming to an end, as these type of stories show.

and just what do you think we should be doing? What do you, in your infinite wisdom think is a good use of my time?

I really don’t have many good suggestions for people that live in highly populated areas. Lots of people mean lots of agendas, all the rural folks I know are just getting as much food, consumables and hand tools as they can. And setting up barter networks for séeds, chickens, welding and whatnot.

My wisdom isn’t infinite nor all that deep apparently, but I don’t think riding the outrage headline rollercoaster is good for blood pressure. I waste a lot of time, but not on stuff that makes me mad that I can’t do anything about.

Contributing to the discourse is of immeasurable consequence. Staying silent is death. No solutions to myriad problems are found without robust discussion. I appreciate all your posts, DM. Keep doing what you do.

I would never be so arrogant as to tell you what to write, nor would I discourage your posting, as it is informative over a wide variety of subjects that interest me (and others, clearly). That said, I sometimes get discouraged by the realization that all the effort bloggers like yourself and commenters who have frequented this site, and others I read and/or post at, is all just pissing in the wind. The act of documenting and debating all this stupid and outrageous bullshit is informational, no doubt. But it doesn’t really move the needle as it regards the destruction of society all around us.

As to what we could/should be doing? Sure, I could fedpoast, but that is an exercise in futility, as like minded sorts who “get it” already know every iteration of what could be said to that end, and my keyboard rantings won’t elicit any useful response anyway.

Not to sound all defeatist, but I guess my point is that we’ll know when it’s time to move into the next phase, without speaking of it. And I believe we need to accept there is no saving what we have enjoyed up to this point, it’s good as gone already. There will be terrible suffering and pain, and the small contingent of us who have been sounding the warnings for years will never overcome the momentum of society at large, which will continue moving in the wrong direction until the wheels fall off.

So, I guess we keep doing what we’re doing, even if it looks and sounds like an echo chamber.

Unfortunately, you are correct about this being a banana republic. It is not just a two tiered legal system anymore. It is completely out of hand.

Of course the Bolshevik enemedia didn’t mention it and I’m surprised they even brought it up.

“Sanctions” should be “referred for prosecution of criminal fraud” and “evidence tampering”, followed by a scathing letter to the state and federal bar for disbarment for cause, and then sanctioning the remaining defense team.
