An apartment complex calls the police because they have a problem with people who don’t live there using the pool, because a group of the usual suspects Amish Canadians “teens” and their feral parents were using the pool for a Memorial Day pool party, even though they didn’t live there. The cops arrive and ask one of the people in the pool where he lives. He can’t tell them. They ask for ID, which he doesn’t or can’t provide. Then they ask him to leave, he refuses. Now he is trespassing after warning, so they attempt to take him into custody. The ‘teen’ then punched one of the cops in the face. This is the result:

Now I am arguing with some retard who is claiming that you can’t be asked to leave the pool if you live there because you have a lease, you can’t be asked to provide ID because no one carries ID at the pool, and the cops aren’t the owner of the property, so they can’t ask you to leave anyway.

This “child” weighed in at 375 pounds.

The attorney for the lawbreaking kid has a request that isn’t legal:

Malcolm said they want the charges dropped, the officers to be suspended without pay during an investigation, and transparency and truthfulness from Lakeland PD.

It is a violation of a cop’s Constitutional rights to suspend them without pay until an investigation and hearing has taken place, showing that the cop was in the wrong. It was decided by the US Supreme court that public employees have a right to due process, just like anyone else who is accused of wrongdoing by the government. The case was Cleveland Board of Education v. Loudermill, a 1985 case that was decided by the US Supreme Court. The underlying question for the case was:

“Can the government remove a civil servant’s property rights to employment before providing an opportunity for that employee to respond to the charges offered for his termination?”

The court said that the Constitution prevents the government from depriving anyone of their property without also providing that employee a chance to defend themselves. Calling witnesses, having counsel, a hearing, and all of the other due process rights that any other person would have before the government can take something from them.

In this case, the lawyer for the family surely knows this. He is merely playing to the court of public opinion, because he knows that this is where this case will be won or lost.

Pastor Clayton Cowart with the “Poor Minority Justice Association” is claiming that this is police brutality and child abuse. You punch a cop, you (rightfully, in most cases) have an ass whipping coming to you. This isn’t police brutality. Just because you are 16 doesn’t mean that you get a free pass on lawbreaking.

I call it like I see it- sometimes the cops are right, sometimes they are wrong. In this case, I don’t see where the cops did anything wrong.

The pastor isn’t new to demanding that blacks receive special treatment. In February, he was protesting the arrest of a 78 year old woman and her 44 year old daughter for pulling a “dine and dash.

The fact that Willie “Mother” Lewis and her daughter Ruthena Lewis, 44, ate at A&G and left without paying is undisputed.

So they admit to the crime, but don’t feel like they should have been arrested.

This is nothing more than entitled blacks insisting that the law should not apply to them. This is why blacks as a race can’t live in civilized society.

For some reason, Chris Rock’s classic “How to NOT Get Your A$$ Kicked by the Police” comes to mind. Don’t know the details of the pool rules at this place, but I doubt that any of the lawful and civilized residents would object to a fellow resident inviting some friends over to enjoy the pool. And I don’t think the management was doing ID or lease check at the gate.

More likely a violation of some of Mr. Rock’s common-sense rules like, “Be Polite”, Turn That S*** Down”, “Shut the F*** Up” were involved in this situation. Maybe if Pastor Cowart spent more time instructing the “teens” in his community about proper behavior it would help.

This is what happens when you let savages run amok. The more you excuse their behavior the more they do to see if there IS a limit on what they can get away with. Its just like discipline for a child, they test you to see limit. Oops my bad, that’s right you cant discipline your kids anymore either.
As a side note, has anyone ever seen a black church leader at these things that wasnt a race baiter?

This is exactly what the Thomas A. Swift Electric Rifle is meant for. Kid should be glad the camera didn’t catch him voiding his bladder and colon while his leg was in IMC mode.

Note that civ TASERs don’t have the limits that LE units have since the goals are different: LE goes in to apprehend, civs ideally retreat to safety.

Fatboy should also be glad he didn’t suffer TBI on his way down. Happens often.

Dangit, you beat me to it.

That wasn’t all that far away from me. Sha’naynay the “influencer” advertised a pool party, setup in the park next to the pool and took money. The dindus, having paid for a pool party, felt they were entitled to overwhelm the HSA pool. Never entered their minds that they paid for pool party with no pool. BTW – Some shithead section-8-ed their home. That’s where Sha’naynay was living. That didn’t come with HSA membership.

The one I like is the skinny black chick who is told to disperse, goes to leave, then doubles back to get into the cops face. She winds up with a knee on hers.

Poor cop lost it. He had just come from a scene where a father blew his brains out with the family in the house. Then has to go to a planet of the apes pool party. No matter. He had to be sacrificed. Benefit of the doubt is only available for negroes.

That said, huwhite pipo generally understand that when the cops show up, the party is over. The fuzz shows up, and I do the Irish Dip the hell outta there.

The main mistake I see in policing was adding tasers to the duty belt as an occasional substitute for firearms.

Make 0% Recidivism Great Again.

Everybody gets all “Yes Sir” and “No Sir” when they’re liable to be capped.

And young Dindu needs to spend his next two years in juvie, so the next felony assault on an LEO gets him his first strike in the big house (on what will likely be a complete and unbroken career path, unless he is gloriously and fittingly Trayvoned sooner).

Growing up all of us knew where every pool was in a 5 mile radius , if we got caught we’d haul ass to the next one, never thought of fighting a cop over trespassing.

I think the police showed incredible restraint. Fifty years ago, that kid would have been dead – but fifty years ago we didn’t have these kinds of problems.

It NEVER occurred to the dumbass to be polite to the cop, say they were swimming but didn’t live there and when asked to leave, LEAVE.
No muss, no fuss, cops be on their merry way.
Of course if they were behaving and just swimming, NO ONE would have called the cops in the first place !
BUT NO, they had to act the fool, fight the cops and boohoo when they got their ass arrested.

You called this one right, DM.

I see no issue here.

Lakeland, Florida. The last time I saw that place was around 1980. One of my aunts had a citrus farm close and we went to look at the water and the sea birds. It was flipping gorgeous, looked like the Florida of commercials. Very clean, peaceful, and of course-all white. Which states everything.

Jonesy · May 31, 2024 at 6:09 pm

Just don’t fight the cops. The consequences are immediate. Certain groups think they can do whatever they want and get away with it. They think they are righteous in the moment. If the cops are wrong the time to fight it is after the event not during.

These things happen when haven’t been told NO in 60 years.
It’s a shame the Magic Soil had to be disrupted for das Pool. (/s)
The historic cargo cult czars should plant some more of the Magic Soil for the replacements.
Get ready for popcorn stock up as the replacements and Mondays don’t like each other.
The inbred elite maggots love placing the ants in a jar and shaking it vigorously as they loot everything down to the foundations.

Wait, when did they learn to swim ?
