Looks like dropping one of the kings operatives – despite a claim of self defense – will get you fucked. Even in mighty Texas.

I’m not surprised by this, it’s where things stand now. Anyone damaging the officially sanctioned brown shirts, irrespective of circumstances, will be made to pay; if they can manage to do so. Look at Kyle. He got cleared criminally and they are still fucking with him via civil charges. If that doesn’t get him, they will probably just hunt him like an animal until he gets gotten. They are rabid about wanting that trophy, and cannot stand that he evaded the first struggle session intact.

Just remember, dirty prosecutors and hopeless stupid morons getting on juries are a reality, almost no matter what AO one finds themselves in. Plan your engagement and actions therewith accordingly. And take ol’ Remus’ most important warning with the deadly seriousness it demands.

No, not Texas, it’s Austin, which is Californiaustin. Expect to see the State Attorney and/or the Governor’s Office to act most expeditiously to restore justice.

This is why, wherever there is a direct-Soros elected main attorney or one that is a fellow traveller, there is no justice.

Do this sh…tuff in the rural areas, outcome would be 100% different and charges would never have been brought.

I know it’s Austin. But how long can the rest of the state stave off the libfuckery that originates there? TX has been seeing a massive influx of outsiders, many from blue hellholes (and the rest illegal, but I effectively repeat myself). They will inevitably change the way things work there, and to some extent already have. Irrespective of your local courts, state or federal prosecutors with a raging hard on to ruin another good guy can always pursue a civil case and flat bust just about anyone in the process.

I hope you’re right, but observations over the long haul have demonstrated otherwise. There is, as of this moment, an unconstrained cockroach infestation brewing there and in many other formerly (or soon to have been) habitable locales. My advice is not to get too cocky, this is an insidious bunch of subversives we are all dealing with here, to one extent or another. They have already done major damage, and there appears no imminent stoppage of their onslaught on the horizon.

The Governor and the Higher Court and other state divisions have all been stepping into Austin’s politics for at least 8 years. So, because this is totally heinous, I do expect the Governor, the State Attorney and the State Supreme Court to come in, late as usual, to try to clean up Austin’s mess one more time.

Sadly, the individual will still have been punished by the system.

      >But how long can the rest of the state stave off the libfuckery that originates there

The answer is that Texas cannot. The margin of Republican statewide wins in Texas has been shrinking every election for years. Sadly the trend is clear. It would be a miracle if Texas stays a “Republican” state 5-10 years from now.

> Prosecutors said he had a conversation with a family friend … about a protest in Seattle, where a driver drove into a crowd and killed a protester. … Perry *agreed* someone could and should claim self-defense even if they incited a crowd.

> (Defence team, likely while rolling their eyes) said he was fully cooperative with police and turned over his phone and social media passwords right away, without a warrant.

Exercise your First and Fifth Amendment rights with the same care as your second.

Every word you utter has a high priced lawyer attached, even if its agreeing with hyperbole.

Of cooooooourse they will. You know, like how they acted to restore justice to the man who was disbarred for trying to protect his clients from medically tortured by the democrat gestapo? Oh wait, THEY DID JACK FUCKING SHIT.

Don’t count on help from subhuman quislings like Abbot the RINO, they’re just going to laugh at you as their democrat coworkers torture and murder you.

Wow, and I almost took a job down there… I’m in the far North of Texas and as another commenter mentioned seems quite likely that this will not stand. Having done the Texas LTC courses it would seem to me as an engineer and not a lawyer that the shoot was a clean one, but… Mostly just wow…

Stationed at Austin in the late 70s. God’s Country. Third and final son was born there. Best place we’d ever been stationed. When time to retire 1/93 went back for a week to find a job there. No job I wanted. Years later I became happier and happier we had not retired there as it had become a lefty cesspool. I wouldn’t spend 5 minutes there today.

why I try to stay out of those cities… Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston… all blue with libtard DAs…

SoCoRuss · April 8, 2023 at 4:12 pm

The answer is: If you are ever threatened and may want to defend yourself. For the love of god, don’t live in or go to a city. It doesnt matter one F**K what city it is, they are ALL the same.

BTW, Austin isn’t just a different city or state. Its a different planet in a galaxy far far away…..

You know the old saying, After the first one, the rest are free. They are pushing us to a point that if you have to engage in a defensive shooting, might as well kill everyone there and then go hunting cause you’ll be getting screwed anyway. Kill them all.

Jonesy · April 8, 2023 at 7:41 pm

Fox had a story this afternoon that governor Abbott is gonna push for a pardon. We’ll see how this plays out, I remember when this happened it seemed a pretty clean cut case of self defense, but the dude didn’t so himself any favors with spouting off about BLM and his opinions about protestors.

LOL. Short-sighted jackasses have been laughing at Califrutopia, and telling the world “that’d never happen in Texas”.
Welcome to Reality, bitchez. Stings a little, don’t it?
Enjoy the Purpling you imagined would never happen there.

And then what are you prepared to do?” – Officer Malone , Untouchables
