What we are all watching right now is a collapse of the old Democrat party. Pelosi is out- I think they are pushing her out for her role in replacing Joe with the Hoe. Schumer is about to be forced out by AOC as part of the end of the government shutdown, and all of a sudden the crazy old man who was seen as the outlier is mainstream. The democrats took a hit for shutting down government, then caving to the Republicans without getting a single concession.
That’s right, with Mamdani winning the NYC election, commie Bernie Sanders is now the mainstream. That’s the pitfall of drawing a line in the sand over what you call a non-negotiable, then backing off of your so-called non-negotiable without a whimper. You come off looking weak and ineffective, something that Republicans have been the best at for decades. Until now.
It’s going to be interesting to see if the US is willing to keep voting in communists.

There haven’t been any actual democrats in over a decade, having been replaced with communist/socialists using what’s left of the democrat party as a means to campaign. They don’t have any actual platform that doesn’t include the word Trump. Its kind of sad to see this.

I’m sure my sample size is too small but what I’m seeing is not the moderate democrats stepping away from the radicals but the moderates getting more crazy. I dont know a single democrat who’s warmed up to any conservative politician or acknowledged the craziness on the left.

Well put. Democrats used to keep Schumer on a short leash because he was a rabid attack dog. now they are putting him out to pasture because he’s too milquetoast. He hasn’t changed. He’s still the nasty scumbucket he was before. That’s how awful they have become.

Sadly, as the demoncrap party is collapsing, I believe they are planning/willing to take the entire country into Hell with them and due to the edumacation system, a large enough part of the population is willing to help the evil.

Sadly, there are far too many examples of people voting in communism, see Castro, Chavez, Morales, Allende and honorary mention for Juan Peron. I grew up down in S. America and have first hand observer knowledge of the way they get in and what it takes to get rid of them. It is not a peaceful process.

The Democrats have been Communist lite for years; as their progressive wing takes over the lite is gone and they are almost fully open about it.
I suspect that in Democrat areas we’ll see more and more openly communist leaders and that the less Democrat areas will shy away from them for it – if people can see through the propaganda.
I know there are lots of rural and conservative areas that are aghast at what democrats are calling for and support is building to push back.
I wish I knew better what public opinion really is – I’ve seen lots of polls saying that people are turning against Trump, but what I’ve seen personally and what I know of the business world doesn’t agree. I presume those polls are trying to push opinion and not just measure it.

Speaking of ‘collapse’; Senator Fetterman is hospitalized due to injuries suffered in a fall reportedly caused by a ventricular fibrillation.
Just me being cynical and suspicious, but I wonder how long it’ll be before Fetterman retires due to health problems, or wanting to spend more time with his family?

F’n timing, brother… Seriously, it just depends on the concentration of Blue-cult retards in one given area. The good news is the swing voters are deserting them in droves. The bad news is that they basically own the Wretched Blue Hive of Scum and Villainy on the Potomac.
So figure any County deep blue on the electoral map is gonna fester and burn and cause problems in adjacent Counties, if it isn’t already. When you’re campaigning in a Deep Blue district, the only way to stand out from your competition is to be even more Blue than they are.
So, promise more gibs, more handouts, free shit, whatever… It’s not like you have to actually deliver on any of them. If you can’t make it work, you always just blame the rich and the GOP or Trump or whatnot and the low-IQ voters will nod their heads and do the five minutes of hate.
Frankly the DNC is in a death spiral because they’ve got a tiger by the tail in terms of their ‘revolutionary’ base. I literally overheard a 40-50 y/o black lady supermarket worker in suburban Montgomery County MD doing apologetics for revolution while I was checking out today.
I’ll try to keep my finger on the local pulse for as long as I can, but I’m steadily repositioning from this AO to Real America up in Appalachiastan. I was out with a couple of guys from the Legion putting out flags last weekend for Memorial Day. The difference in people is night and day.
I can only hope that the Leftoid Pod People are contained at the Federal Level. At the state and local level, these places are cooked… Unless the Feds can come down on the worst of them and expose their corrupt criminal schemes. But just based on volume, personnel, workload… *shrugs*
I’m guessing long odds on the system correcting itself before it collapses. The problem is that parasites aren’t smart enough to run the host sustainably. When the host is dying, they just suck harder in desperation. If the host collapses Federally, the State and Local hosts won’t survive to support their resident parasites for long… And thus, they will seek new hosts.
If you have a fallback AO… Priority One will be ‘survive the first winter and be prepared for future ones’. Priority Two will be ‘be prepared to repel boarders’. Rural communities that establish robust systems of roadblocks and radio comms will fare better than those that don’t.

Many of us older voters can remember when the election ballots included a candidate for the America Communist Party. About 35 years ago that ceased. When a spokesperson for the American Communist Party was asked why they no longer ran a candidate they replied it wasn’t necessary. Because the Democratic Party had fully embraced their platform. In other words the Democratic Party was now the Communist Party. We need to stop calling them Democrats and call them what they are… COMMUNISTS.

My sister refuses to leave the Democrat party, even though she has nothing at all in common with them, and usually votes for the Republican or even Libertarian. She even voted Constitution once. She’s holding out hope that Ds will boot the lunatics.

This country changed (for the worse) with the death of the AoC. It continued the death spiral in 1860-65, when this country went from These United States are to The United States is. Continuing on to those Amendments after the original BoR. Then to Woodrow Wilson and his League of Nations with the Federal Reserve. Don’t forget the Commie FDR. This country has been voting communist/socialist for a LONG time.

I remember a time when there was a wider variety of them in congress. Now, most of them are dumb as a bag of hair. They don’t even possess the animal cunning of these fossils. God help us if they gain power.
