EDIT: So it appears that the above link is a satire site. They got me. The best satire is that which is indistinguishable from reality.

KVTA4 is a fabricated satirical newspaper and comedy website. KVTA4 uses invented names in all its stories, except in cases when public figures are being satirized. Any other use of real names is accidental and coincidental.

I have been got before. Kind of got me too. I was trying to find out where they were so I could verify the story when I found their note that they were a satire sight.

Grounds for arrest? How so? This is a threat? Perhaps due to the questionable sanitary issues but otherwise I see this as a VERY well stated OPINION and a brilliant example of FREE SPEECH.
