The Biden administration plans on issuing an executive order banning the use of nicotine in tobacco products. I’m sure that will be a real crowd pleaser. At least we stopped fascist dictator Donald Trump, eh?

The policy could be announced as early as this coming week, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday. But it likely won’t take effect for several years. The U.S. Food and Drug administration would have to draft a proposed rule and open it for public comment. After it published the rule, tobacco companies could sue, delaying implementation.,/blockquoute>
But, hey, why bother with a constitutional amendment? That’s so 100 years ago.

So we are outlawing nature? A bit extreme to believe law and government has jurisdiction over nature.

Last I knew Mother Nature does not recognize any law of man.

What’s next, legally mandated decaf coffee? Then go after poison free poison ivy and poison oak? Outlaw all animals having teeth, claws, poison, or venom.

Jesus. All the things that need attention (not that I expect him to do anything useful or helpful, mind you) and he decides to fuck around with smokes. You want to see millions of pissed off working class people, rednecks and brothas (tons of them still smoke too, so ruining their ciggies has gots to be racist and sheeit) go ballistic by taking out the key ingredient of their smokiing fix?

I don’t smoke and never have – cigs were too damned expensive to appeal to me by the time I was old enough to consider using them – but recognized years ago exactly what the “war on smokers” would beget. Now we are all targets of these self important, meddling cunts who think they are doing good by forcing us to give up bad habits. I won’t spoil the ending for them…

Tobacco companies have selectively bred tobacco to up the nicotine content in order to make it more addictive. the fuckers. When they were running out of Americans to poison they started advertising to young asian women.

Regardless, executive orders are not the way to go after them. There is a process for lawmaking in this country, and having a dictator in the Oval office issuing orders is not it.

Lawmaking? Don’t be silly. You’ve been ruled more by regulation than law for some time. The scamdemic became another tool in that box.

Without nicotine, why even bother? I mean, there’s non-alcoholic beer in the stores, but dear God why? No one drinks it. And for all the tax money big tobacco collects for uncle sam, you’d think they’d be grateful.

I think that’s the point. Note that no one on the left is demanding that THC be removed from weed.

If you can grow tomatoes you can grow tobacco. Might be time to start learning for some folks.

Time to start buying a few extra cartons every month along with some metal tins from Amazon, then slipping them into my vacuum sealer to preserve them. I’m gonna make a fortune when they become illegal. Or I’m gonna get choked out by police for selling…

Ok then. I want to see an EO that removes:

1. The impulsivity and violent tendencies from niggas.
2. The bitchiness and nagging from women.
3. The hand-rubbing and gleeful subversiveness from jews.
4.. The dangerously destructive self-assured superiority of libshit whites.

If they’re going to take on the ills of society, quit fucking around and do it right. I can dream, can’t I?

Don’t forget an EO that removes the Republican urge to blindly lick cop boots with excuses like “he shoulda just complied” or “just do whatever the cop tells you to do and settle it later in court” even though courts have recently rules that cops can do whatever they want, and violate any rights they want with zero consequences.

Good point. I could’ve added a few more, but we all know it was an excercise in mental masturbation anyway, so I chose not to expend the extra effort.

You know, they managed to get a Constititional amendment through to ban alcohol. They put teeth into enforcement, with several Federal agencies tasked for it, plus all the state and local law enforcement.

Didn’t really work, and they had to undo it. After being complete dicks, and deliberately poisoning alcohol and letting it go through to buyers, who then went blind or died. Like Judge Dredd, they were the Law…

And the “unforseen side effects” are still with us; modern organized crime was a product of the Prohibition. I guess it’ll have to be renamed the “First Prohibition” soon.

There was theoretically enough public support to pass an amendment. That’s a lot different than an Executive Order. And most of the smokers I know nowadays are rather militant about their addiction.

That’s also overlooking the fact that the demographics of smokers (at least in my area) skew heavily black. If math and being on time for work can be racist, certainly being deprived of their drug of choice is also racist.

If you think about it, tobacco was an important crop early on in American history. You know – the colonies and all. So we can’t have that continue any longer. Glad I quit tobacco about 20 years ago. That shit is addicting.

Still drinking though. 😀
