It appears that the ATF rule against pistol braces that is due to go into effect on June 1 does not apply to members of the FPC. I am not sure if this is a nationwide injunction, or just in the Fifth circuit. Read more here.

This is a total violation of the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection clause. Either the brace ruling affects ONLY FPC members or it affects ALL Americans.
We know it affects all Americans, so for the 5th Circuit to clarify that it only applies to the FPC shows how much the Judicial Branch pusses out when it comes to 2A cases and the BATFE.
Judiciary is becoming a rubber stamp for tyranny.

Because the judges ruling against Trump were leftists. They were hand picked to decide the case by people playing with the docket. Leftists look at the law and rules as something to be subverted and worked around to achieve their goals.
The right tries to play by the rules. Now imagine playing Monopoly against someone who is constantly cheating.
