A pair of fathers were banned from their daughters’ school soccer games because they were wearing pink wristbands with ‘XX’ printed on them, as a silent protest against males being permitted to play in girls’ sports. They sued.

The Federal judges ruled that the school was within their rights to kick the fathers out of the game.
I don’t want to hear shit from the left about free speech. This will mean the end of women’s and girls’ sports.

At the risk of simplifying things, there are about 2 choices.
Lay down and take it.
Fight back.
Now I’m not about to suggest the folks start teaching those judges about Tennessee Windchimes, but at the very least I’d hand my 401k over to some slimy jew attorney and sue the ever loving shit out of everyone even remotely connected to the case.
This is akin to the people praying silently across the street from abortion clinics.
Commies don’t understand anything but lead and rope.

Thats exactly what they did. They lost and now must hope for the appeal.

And the appeal should be via means of erecting some new Tennessee wind chimes. Preferably the sort draped in black.

I’m confused how this is any different than the Tinker case back in the day. The mental gymnastics required to make things fit here. . .

This is virtually the same set of circumstances, now with ample precedent. Verily, the mind doth boggle. The only conclusion I can now draw is that there is no longer any rule of law. I am deeply saddened by this.

This marks the disappearance of the jury box and the soap box.
