As I read the below quote from this article:

consider New York, where the legislature favors restrictions on the Second Amendment. Could it outlaw firearms by deputizing any New Yorker to file million dollar lawsuits against gun owners in the state?

Let me explain why: Once this happens, the people who were sued to the point where their lives are being destroyed can just shoot you in the face. The courts aren’t the final arbiters of what is to be allowed. Try this and you will find out what happens when the consent of the governed is revoked.

I do think that the feeling of gun rights believers and abortion rights believers are the same. So this isn’t a crazy thing for that guy to think.

Both think the right hands from a thread.

What’s different is that gun rights have been under siege for decades and abortion rights have not. And now abortion supporters are beginning to feel what gun owners have been feeling for a long, long time. The answer to this doober’s post is “Welcome to the party, pal.”

Remember that the VAST majority of people are either stupid, ignorant, or lazy; usually a combination of at least 2.

From a legal website (https://legaldictionary.net/inalienable-rights/) on inalienable rights – “Personal rights held by an individual which are not bestowed by law, custom, or belief, and which cannot be taken or given away, or transferred to another person, are referred to as “inalienable rights.” The U.S. Constitution recognized that certain universal rights cannot be taken away by legislation, as they are beyond the control of a government, being naturally given to every individual at birth, and that these rights are retained throughout life.”

Among these inalienable rights, as outlined in the DOI (but not limited by), are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness (though early thoughts had the latter as property).

IF my right to life is inalienable (I believe it is), then the natural thought flow is I am allowed the means to protect that right and ultimately my life and as an extension, the lives of my family and my community, meaning I can use whatever means necessary, including firearms and heavy weapons (the reason cannon was at Concord to begin with). Follow the logic here – what has been not been given by man, cannot be taken by man.

Abortion is a legal right, meaning in can be given to someone or group of people. Follow the logic here – what has been given, can also be taken away.

Yes, yes, I can hear the wailing and gnashing of teeth already. The world can essentially be divided into 2 basic groups – those who want to govern (and by extension, those who want to be governed) OR those who wish to be self-govern (read free). We will ALWAYS have clashes between the two – it is the nature of man.

JFK – “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”
