I would also say that the way the agent is teaching how to apply handcuffs is not correct, according to how I was taught. You don’t “smack” the handcuffs on, because that is painful for the arrestee. Why be an asshole?
It looks like they are also looking for digital currency tax dodgers.
Interestingly, they refer to tax evasion as “stealing from the government.”

Yikes…so much to comment on…at a high level, I would say most of those people shouldn’t be carrying a gun or a badge without ALOT more training. And then jokes about taking you down if you “take money from the government”….Sheesh.

Thumbs over the back of a Glock slide? Show me you have never handled a gun before without saying a word. Horrendous live fire training, what are those drawstrokes? Just put holes in paper and you are good to go.

A few bad days at the office should scatter the vast majority of these new levy levies (see what I did there?). I suspect they will get a shake and bake tactical course at Quantico and off they go to the front. If the political masters have selected big players on the patriot side for early targeting, they may find the work environment to be a little unrewarding and the prospects of making retirement somewhat remote.

My wife was a IRS agent. She quit because of just this, among other things. Got tired of ruining the little guy while the big fish swim freely.

No training for a spectrum of force, no non-lethal options, just an off/on mentality.
You can argue which would be better, the Fair Tax or the Flat Tax, but either would be better than what we have now. Remember the old Contract with America? The tea party movement and the calls for Tax reform? The promises that you will be able to do your taxes on a postcard instead of having to navigate the 75,000 pages of the US Tax Code? We should be gutting the IRS and streamlining everything instead of adding piles of rules and loopholes and carve outs for special interest groups. But the Swampies in DC will not give up their power to ruin you for the slightest infraction. And now they will be coming for all of us.

Notice that it’s higher for Red states? Especially poorer counties? People who will not be able to afford tax attorneys to fight the audits that will surely come. They may not get much per case, but they will squeeze that blood from the stones.
