Taking a page from New York’s antigun Democrats in attempting to thwart SCOTUS, Colorado’s SecState has announced that she will put Trump back on the ballot despite that state’s Supreme Court ruling that he is ineligible. They aren’t doing this because they are trying to be kind. They are doing this because they are hoping that SCOTUS will declare that the issue is moot, then fail to take up the case. If they can push it out until the court recesses in May, it’s a done deal that won’t be addressed before the court reconvenes in October.

At the same time, Maine has announced that they also will be removing Trump from the ballot. So far, that is 14 electoral votes already in Biden’s pocket, with another 256 in play. As I pointed out before, this is the game plan: to win the election without having to cheat as much this time.

“ As I pointed out before, this is the game plan: to win the election without having to cheat as much this time.”
You don’t consider that a form of cheating?

    Divemedic · December 29, 2023 at 9:02 pm

No, I don’t. Cheating is playing games with the count and requires some level of subterfuge. What they are doing here is simply changing the rules to eliminate the opponent from the ballot. It isn’t any less of an example of rigging the vote, but it requires no subterfuge- they are doing it right out in the open and are telling you all about it.

The obvious solution here (aside from having state level operatives making such decisions rubbed out, as a straight up intimidation tactic) is to beat them at their own game. Red states will have to take the initiative to block pedo joey shitpants from their ballots on the basis of the invasion he is not only allowing, but endorsing. Don’t need any conviction to see that as an accomplished fact. They can block jizzhead newsome on the same grounds as far as I’m concerned, as he declared Cali a sanctuary for invaders. Enough states do that, and neither of these cocksuckers (my use for Trump, and willingness to make excuses for his massive fuckups has long since expired) can get the votes needed to be anywhere but dead in the water. Which is a good place for them both. And fuck that raspy, leftist piece of shit jfk jr also. He gets credit for his war on the shitshots, but nothing else he has proposed or stands for is worth a damn.

In short, invalidate the whole rotten, stinking system, it simply can’t work anymore. Then what are they going to do? This could be the scenario that sets off no-shit secession where states decide to tell the fedgov to fuck off, we don’t need you. Stop remitting federal taxes and keep them for state use, among other things. What, are they going send in troops when they are already too busy sodomizing each other and (not preparing) to fight a multi front war with hardware and munitions they don’t have? This is the closest we’ve been to having them on the ropes in terms of being capable of exerting force. That is a circumstance that is begging to be exploited, I’d think.

Something has to shake loose here besides these too cute by half “posturing under the law” type moves that draw out the process. Having another bullshit election only delays the time to detonation, as I see it. Enough with the blueballs already.

2024 is gonna be lit.

The Republicans aren’t going to do shit. This ship is going down, and nothing will stop it.

      Big Ruckus D · December 30, 2023 at 1:28 am

Oh, I know that. Twas just a thought exercise. Republican’ts are the most useless pieces of shit conceivable. I’ve seen hind teats on a boar hog with more value than the typical republican’t political operative. And since the collapse is a given, and unspeakable things will have to be done in it’s wake, may as well put all their names on “the list” as well. Stupid, hapless fuckers.

RE: Mooting – NYC attempted to moot the SCOTUS case by repealing the law that caused the suit in the first place, and SCOTUS said “Nope, not gonna work” and produced the Bruen decision, so I doubt CO will succeed in mooting the Trump/ballot issue by putting him back on the ballot.

That, and the fact that Maine did it, too, and the other 48+DC might also would seem to indicate it’s an issue deserving of SCOTUS attention.

Sauce for the goose.
Republican states should start removing Biden from their ballots.
Fight fire with Napalm.

Especially any states with R majorities that Biden supposedly carried.

The Democommunists can either twig to the fact that they’re replaying 1860, or they can wait for the powder keg to touch off, and we can henceforth conduct elections kinetically, like every other banana republic in the hemisphere.

I’m good with either epiphany.

The Democrats (and their sponsors) believe they will win a civil war. They aren’t going to back off. It will be up to us to prove they are wrong.

We are really going to do this.

Well, civil society was nice while it lasted. I am glad I got to see some of it.

that and they will do whatever it takes to destroy the man anyway possible… including bankrupting him

    Brian_E · December 30, 2023 at 3:43 pm

…’bankrupting’ him is really not that big a deal, although it sucks when at an advanced age (ask me how I know), because the one resource he’d be short on is TIME. :-/

    I have no doubt that:
    1) if bankrupted, he’d find a way to rebuild his fortune – regardless of relatively advanced age, and
    2) if they can’t otherwise keep him off the ballot and/or out of the seat behind the Resolute Desk – they’ll fall back on the permanent solution of assassination.

Either by subterfuge, cheating, or assassination – this is far too much like juggling lit flares in a powder magazine. When it goes off – it’ll be spectacular, albeit not so enjoyable if one happens to be inside the blast radius.

I was gonna say more – but have decided: “Nope, not gonna Fedpoast’.

Our compatriots aren’t all as stupid as they’re portrayed – they’ll know what to do when the time comes.

I’m not getting the angst. Help me out here. These are state primary ballots, right? This is not the national federal election. Trump will almost certainly win the primary regardless. For good or ill, they can’t keep him from the federal election short of his death. Third party anyone?

    ModernDayJeremiah · December 30, 2023 at 9:27 pm

The Colorado Supreme Court ruling stated that even write-in votes could not be counted for Trump, as he had “engaged in an insurrection”.
Their Dishonors need to be drug tested.
