Getting a ticket for violating a law that the officer can’t quote. She is making shit up as she goes. “Ignorance of the law that I just made up on the spot is no excuse.”
I would add that she is incorrect in her interpretation of the law. The ordnance she quoted doesn’t say any of what she says it does. The issue here is what it will cost you to show up with an attorney to fight this.

Not only is enforcement totally screwed (by intent) in terms of non-uniformity, but these shits are making up “laws” on the spot to suit whatever injustice they want to impose.

Officious bitch is all. She just didn’t like the fact the doggos were crated in the truck and that’s the end of story. Probably doesn’t like the fact that any doggos any where evar… get crated. Obvious here as when challenged she deflects and does everything she can but actually ANSWER the question.
