I keep getting comments to the effect of “They are cheating, the election is a guaranteed loss, so why bother?”
I disagree. It isn’t in the bag. If it were, they wouldn’t be trying so hard to put Trump in jail. Since they are still doing so, they still consider him a threat. That tells me that there are weaknesses in the system of cheat and the vote isn’t as sure of a thing as they would have you believe.
If the system were in the bag, gun bans would already be in place. SCOTUS would already have 23 justices. The electoral college would be gone.
They don’t have it all, yet. They want you to think that they are unbeatable and simply roll over, but it is plain that they aren’t that powerful, yet.
Don’t give them more power than they already have. It takes just a few minutes to vote, and you make it that much harder for them to cheat themselves more power than they already have.
So you ask why I should bother? Because I will do everything that I can to make their lives and their lust for power more difficult.
Even if it is in the bag, I am going to make it as difficult on them as I can. Be a pain in the ass.

From your mouth to God’s ear! I wish you had a much bigger pulpit to preach THIS message!

Meanwhile in Chicago rethinking of CPUSA (D) rule for 100 years.
Who said all of the replacements will vote for Fundamental Transformation?
Macho cultures will never vote for a wymyns, sexualizing children or public rainbow bathhouse displays.
Only one race votes in a block no matter how shafted they have been by muh Great Society.
LBJ needs to be on that list of the worst and Jimmuh Carta has been let off the hook twice.
Don’t ever give up because there is no fate besides what we make.

I agree with you.

I think the real reason they want Trump jailed is to show what happens when someone DARES to buck the system.
Is Trump the answer to the problems in this country? Given what he promised versus what he actually delivered in his previous term, I’m not convinced. Is he better that anyone else running? Yes, but given the candidates that’s faint praise. When the core of both parties is against you the chance of accomplishing anything meaningful is slim at best. The only hope is using executive order’s to get anything done. 1/2 the bureaucracy was created by executive order, use the same to get rid of it. FBI gone. ATF gone. HUD, department of education, department of energy CIA, close them all down. Ignore the SCOTUS just like the current administration and press on. Burn it all down and start over. THEN I’ll believe he wants whats best for the regular guys. Until then, lip service.
But before it can even get to that point, the voting system HAS to be changed. Paper ballots, valid ID, register in person yearly, limited mail in ballots, ban drop boxes, voting, and counting, overseen by regular citizens chosen by random draw from a pool of volunteer’s, ballots protected by armed guards would be a good start. THEN there is a chance of a fair election. Until then, kabuki theater.

Of course that’s why they want him jailed. Now think that through- if they had the power to ensure election outcomes, why would it matter who bucked the system?
The only answer is that they are afraid of the people realizing that they have a voice. They are scared that people are pissed. Most of all, they are scared of what will happen when pissed off people realize that they are the ones in charge.

I’ll say that given the shenanigans shown in the last election, “they” can, and will, rig the vote. I’m just curious what they will try this time around.
Are people pissed off? Yes, on both sides. Sadly the other side is more proactive in their efforts to “fortify” the election of their candidates. Our side also tends to be more fractured, concentrating on single issues, rather than a collective goal. There will never be a perfect candidate for everyone, but it damn sure isn’t coming from the left. And I fear that the right will pander hard to the middle of the road types, so hard they are border line leftist’s. Hell, just look at whats populating the halls of Congress wearing the mask of a conservative.

I don’t think that it is a complete rigging of the results. More like a thumb on the scales. The more we vote, the harder that they have to cheat and the more obvious the cheating becomes. Make it difficult enough, and everyone recognizes the cheating.

There’s a threshold where the cheating can flip the chicken to the floor.
If we don’t vote, we may not ever see reform.

You are spot on! That’s why Killary was so gobsmacked at the 2016 results – she was assured she would win. They had no idea of the following Trump had.
As far as Trump not following through on his promises – he was President not King. He needed the support of Congress and he was not given the majority he needed.

The Republicans that he did have were not very supportive. They were the typical Republican spineless jellyfish. Although I disagree with nearly everything the Democrats do, one thing about them that I admire is their ability to stick together in a unified front. It makes them formidable opponents.
It bears repeating- Just because the Democrats are your enemy does not mean that the Republicans are your friends.

You’re right, they can “swing” the election a few points but NOT 20% !
One thing to ask yourself is “why are the Dems SO freaked out about January 6th” ?
Answer, they KNOW they stole the election as well as many others (see Arizona).
The idea of people holding THEM accountable is terrifying to them.

I’m hoping this election season everyone will vote for Trump. It’s not that I like the guy. I think he’s a populist moron, and I don’t forgive him for the red flag comments or the bumpstock ban. He violated his oath of office.
So why I do I want everyone to vote for him? Revenge.
I want the numbers to be so overwhelming that they either have to accept it, or cheat so hard that it’s obvious to every last man, woman, and child what they did.
